Very disappointed in this Chili’s, I am guessing this location has poor management. I have never had a bad experience at Chili’s until now. The waitress was very nice and I ordered steak Fajitas, my favorite. The past six months or so they come out with the«tree» that has the little cups of condiments. Guac, Pico de Gallo, etc. Not so at this location. I got a small scoop of old guac that was browning, a handful of cheese and some tomatoes. My fajitas was ok but they definitely skimped on the onions and peppers. Poor presentation and a lack of anything at this restaurant except, «here’s your food, pay and get out».

I only get spicy shrimp tacos but the got rid of the spicy sauce which totally makes a huge difference in the flavor and spicyness, they have also cut down on serving sizes which sucks. Service, at this location is sometimes on point on other times it’s iffy. I don’t know if I will be coming like I used to since they don’t have the old recipe for their spicy tacos!

Not a good experience. Wait was decent but was sat at the same time as another family. Then halfway through the game we are watching they change the channel took over 5 minutes to get it changed back to the game. be careful of the touch screen hit a wrong button and get charged $ 199 you don’t find out till you get your bill. I know there’s a link to have refills but if I’ve left my glass at the end of the table I want it refilled I don’t want to have a button to let you know that. decent but very small portions not worth $ 50 for two dinners. Also was never able to log into the free WiFi.

Here we are AGAIN. ANOTHER restaurant with NO respect for their job or service they provide. Starts with some douche that thinks hes hot shit, looking my GF up and down as we come in the door(Couldnt tell if he was checking her out, or trying to figure out«if she was a good tipper» or not. Shes an attorney). Sit us down in the bar area, for us to get the most ANNOYING, FLAMBOYANTLYGAY, LOUD, INSULTING waiter Ive ever SEEN. I ask if they serve«real sweet tea». Im INSULTED, and told«maybe you should bring your own next time».THEN starts almost INSISTING that we order«shots of Jose». Comes back with our drinks, and asks if we’re ready to order food. «Noo, we need a few minutes.». Tea WAS regular sweet tea, but tasted like it was made this MORNING. Comes BACK, less than 3 minutes later, «You ready to order NOW?». «Uhhm, no. We need a few more minutes».Tells us, «FINE.BETHATWAYTHEN!!», and turns around and stalks off. I could barely read the menu, as my mind was already walking out the door. BUT, I was STARVING. GF helps me choose the«two entrees» meal. I order the ribs and steak(Medium rare), she got the fajitas(NONE of the order being written down in ANY fashion). Food DID come quick. A little TOO quick. Im asked to cut into my steak to check it. As Im doing this, he proceeds to shove the plastic basket with hand wipes, across the table in front of my face, so I couldnt really SEE the steak, but said, «Thats fine», just to get him away from me. I cut the steak, it tastes funny. I finally get a chance to look at it? ITSRAW. Not rare, not even BLEEDING. JUSTRAW. The ribs and potatoes were also cold. At this point, Id have enough. I put down my silverware, and stare at everyone working there, until our waiter finally returns. I show him the steak, and tell him, «This is RAW man.». He said SOMETHING smart ass, and says he’ll get it fixed. Comes back with a plate, and almost hit me in the face with it, so I can flop the raw piece of meat back on it. The manager finally comes out. I give HIM, ALL the credit in the world, as I cant IMAGINE working with these people. I explained the whole situation, from the dude checking out my GF as we came in the door, to his waiter acting as if he was HIGH, as I couldnt tell WHAT his deal was, for the way he was acting. He apologized, and told us «he’d make it right». He brought my steak back out, and it was finally cooked right. IDK if he had to stand over them or WHAT had to be done to get their guys back there to know HOW to COOK a steak. He apologized again, and told us «he’d taken care of my meal, taking it off the bill». A few minutes later, one of their waitresses walks by, and I hear something about, «Did you tell him he was gay», as she goes giggling past. I believe the manager thought I was talking about our SERVER checking out my GF as we came in. I KNEW that wasnt the case, as our server was OBVIOUSLYGAY(the type of gay, where he does his best to let everyone KNOW hes gay). By this point, Im doing everything I CAN, NOT to start throwing stuff across the place. BUT, I dont DO things like that in public, or anywhere for that matter. We both ate as quickly as we could, and told the waiter to bring us our bill. AT that point, I finally decided to try the cornbread we ordered, and found out IT, was the best thing that was brought to us. We paid our bill. My GF still tipped the jerk $ 5(Against MY wishes). And we got the hell out of there. I will NEVER go back to this place, even if it was a free meal. That manager needs to get the hell out of there, and find a place where hes not surrounded by IDIOTS, as he was the only decent employee I encountered tonight. NEVER go here. Avoid it like the plague…

The food was decent the service was horrible. After we order our food the server was never to be seen again after the manager came out and apologized we finally got our food. Thank god we were able to pay at the table and end this bad experience.

The new refresh menu is good, but the fresh guacamole is out of this world! I’m addicted! The fajitas are ok, the separate add ins are minuscule we did the 2 for $ 20, which is a great deal. But the onion rings were so over cooked and hard they were inedible. The menu items I’ve tried meal wise were ok. The mashed potatoes were also so dry they were inedible. But the fresh cut fries my husband got were very good. And he said the burger from the«on the menu» show was amazing. So we’ll keep going back for the guac, and I’ll try something else.

The dish advertised sounded great. What I received was nasty. Half of the ingredients were missing and it ended up more a bowl of rice Service was less than adequate and the manager had a table of friends and could not leave their side Save yourself a trip

Service was pretty good. Chips and guacamole were a great start, and my chicken avocado sandwich was a bit greasy but overall delicious. Be careful with little ones and the table top electronic game piece: you can end up charged for apps/game access before you realize it!(Experience talking hehe). Took longer for an early lunch than I would have liked with a preschooler or on a typical lunch time budget, and prices are a bit high for a simple lunch. However, still a decent option, decent service.

I’ve been going to Chilis for years. Over the past year it seems its becoming more like a fast food joint. The service has always been great, but the food is getting worse.

I’ve been to a lot of Chili’s restaurants across the country, as their varied menu is always good for large groups, and the food is dependable when traveling. And I can easily say that this is the best Chilis I have ever eaten at. I’ve had dinner there 3 times now, and each time the service has been really above and beyond. I have never had such routinely friendly and attentive waitstaff at a restaurant as I have had there. Even though we almost always are going in with a coupon(which sometimes, I have found, leads to less than stellar service), the level of service never wavers. This has quickly become one of our favorite places to eat out in Dayton.
