We had an amazing experience with our kitchen remodeling. Craftsmen completed our project on time and on budget. They brought their 20+ years of experience into our house to design and build us a beautiful kitchen. Had an appointment for a kitchen consultation. When their representative showed up, he had another person with him that he did not tell us was going to be present at our appointment. Upon reviewing our kitchen, he basically said he couldn’t do a job for us for the budget we stated — despite their brochure that claims they have options for different budgets. Basically, if we «wanted to do it right» we’d be looking at $ 15,000 — $ 20,000. He did not propose any other options and didn’t want to listen as we explained different options we had in mind that may be more economical. Then he proceeded to ask us if we had talked to anyone else. I said yes, and replied with the name of the other vendor. He then replied, «Well, they have good products, but their installers aren’t any good!» So he tried to insult the competition, which was VERY unprofessional. Overall, my husband and I felt extremely insulted like they didn’t even want to help us find a solution to make some updates to our kitchen unless we spent BIG $$$. Don’t waste your time calling them if you have a budget or a modest house you’d like to improve. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
