My once toned and thin body needed a jump-start to get my butt back into the gym so on my doctor’s good advice, I joined«Curves» at this location. I was pretty depressed when doc recommended it because in my mind, this is an «old lady» gym and I am not ready to admit that I fall into that category. I have been away from working out for over a year due to a little arthritis and some severe plantars fasciitus in both feet so this seemed like an good way to ease back into a routine. The owners at this location could not be any nicer and the first day felt like a workout. I thoroughly enjoyed it and the place is immaculate(unlike my regular gym). It was pretty cool to look around and see that I was indeed the youngest lady in the place. I have started my second week here and I admit, it is pretty easy for me but I do feel like I have had a workout and I am noticing my aches and pains diminishing a little. The owners have lots of creative ways to make your workouts fun and keep you coming back and it is reasonably priced. This definitely is an «old lady» gym but right now this 57 year old spring chicken needs this level of workout and am thoroughly enjoying myself here.
