Dayton Design and Print listens to their customers! They contacted me at the appropriate time apologizing for the mix up regarding my 2013 order described in my previous review. As part of this interaction they explained the effort they have been putting in to growing their business including improving their customer serviced. And I believe they have succeeded. They went out of their way to approach me and ask for an opportunity to earn their business back. I found this to be very impressive as not a lot of companies would do this. Their communications were timely and professional and they did a great job on our order. The order consisted of custom shirts for a charity and for a holiday event. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and end product!
