I called Easy Move and scheduled my moving appointment for Saturday morning the 27th between 8 – 8:30am. 9:30am the morning of my move came and I hadn’t seen or heard from the company. I called them and was informed that the truck was in my neighborhood but was having a hard time getting down my street because its a one way but they would be there shortly. Finally, at 11:45am, I received a call from the company saying they would be there in 45 minutes but they are «losing money trying to help me out.» That was one of the least rude things he said throughout the phone call. I never received an apology or explanation as to what was really going on. Moving trucks drive up and down my street all day long so there is no way that was the issue. This was the most unprofessional and rude treatment I have EVER gotten from a company. Also, they claim to be BBB accredited, but their business doesn’t come up when you search for is on the BBB website, I had to manually enter the information.

These guys were on time, fast, hard workers and very polite. I have used them twice and would not hesitate to recommend anyone using their services. Thanks for making the moving a lot easier and being so easy to work with!
