Fricker’s Restaurant

This is possibly the WORST service I have received in my life. The hostesses were more interested in having a conversation than giving us a seat & the actual waitress was extremely slow for such a small crowd and had no clue what was offered on the menu. We left and took & our business to Smokey Bones… such a better choice!

Ordered take out chunks and frickles… They told us 30 mins. We were there in 20, the frickles were ice cold tasted like they had sat there an hour. The chunks were ice cold as well. No napkins no silverware in the bag. Terrible.

I just left this restaurant 12÷7÷2015 9:00 pm horrible service. People like Brittney (waitress) shouldn’t represent anyone’s company. I won’t be returning because of the service!

Wonderful Manager! I had ordered a steak med well it came out rare and was taken back to the kitchen to come back like rubber. We asked to speak to the manager who quickly came out to the table to talk to us and apologize (training new staff in the kitchen) and asked how she could make it right by replacing it or if I wanted something else.

The BBQ bacon burger is good. The curly fries were good also. My friends got the wings and really liked them. Next time I’m trying the wings!!!

Coolest place to hang out! Great food and cheap beer prices! Love it! Stay is friendly and fun. The game room is awesome for the kids! The patio is nice in the summer time and not to bad in the winter with the heat on out there. Bartenders are amazing! Plus you can’t beat the $ 2.72 tall domestic beers!

Great food, great atmosphere and they helped me out. Had a business lunch here and forgot to get the receipt for accounting. I called up and Sean texted me a pic. Super easy and appreciated!

Service was OK. The food was below average. We watched a Manager and a patron get into a verbal confrontation that got out of control. The customer was probably wrong, but Manager was unprofessional. The customer should have been told to leave. This happened at dinner time with families still present. Our waitress was upset and it showed. I still tipped her 20% because I felt bad. The restrooms were DISGUSTING!!! Smelled foul. You felt dirty even after washing your hands. We used go to Frickers often and for over 10 years. There are better choices available. I won’t be back.

The best boneless chicken wings in town. You can choose your sauce. My favorite is little kicker or garlic parm. They also have a large selection of draft beer. Super tubes are also a plus!

People friendly. Clean and well decorated. Only tried because friend I’m traveling with loves this place. I dislike most all I tried but like the desserts

The food is actually impressive with the flavor. The service is extremely lacking. Been sitting for almost an hour waiting for our entrees. The appetizers came out in exceptional time… But seriously… Wings don’t take this long to cook.

Not sure about the other reviewers; my opinions are different. First, whoever said the music was too loud is dead wrong. It’s a sports themed restaurant. I guess it could have been loud that night, but not on my visit. Second, no one mentioned that kids eat free EVERY day! That’s huge! Third, the boneless wings are different, but different is good! They are thin cuts of whole muscle breast meat served in delectable sauces. My advice is to order extra sauce! It is yummy! Amanda behind the bar was our server. She is kind and provided fantastic service! I give the place four stars for the authentic atmosphere, the creative menu, the audio/​visual set up and the variety of selections. The only thing it lacked were a few healthy options on the menu. How about some naked boneless wings tossed in that yummy sauce???

Music was loud. Fries were cold and grease laden and the boneless wings were less meat than breading. Won’t be back.

Wings are okay. Not my favs but good enough. I can understand paying for ranch if you order more than one but paying for all is kinda excessive.
The décor is close to their competitors. Which I prefer due to the more extensive menu.
The music was a little on the loud side. Other than that it was fine.

This frickers has great service and pretty decent food (love their fried pickles and fries). But, their mixed drinks seem to always be watered down. I don’t know if they’re trying to save on liquor or what. But even the shots tasted bad. I will now be sticking to beer, a lot safer.

I really like this place. Food is very good. Service was very good. Lots of stuff going on, jersey give aways, etc. great selection of draft beers.

Service on a random Wed night was fantastic. The manager (Jeryd) immediately introduced himself and the bartender, then busted his butt to help bus tables etc. everyone seemed really friendly and upbeat. I ordered the special… $ 5 sirloin… Decent steak for 5 bucks!
The staff referred to me by name at the bar even though it was my first night there. Nice touch.
Was in town for business… And was happy to get a couple beers and some food with great service. Sports bar theme is a bit loud but what I was looking for.

I don’t like being asked «What flavor?» chicken I want. I’m from NC where if you need sauce, you cooked it wrong. That being said, service was excellent, non-​professional, friendly, very hospitable. Atmosphere: this place was obviously originally a Joe’s Crab Shack. Excellent use of space and well decorated to create a new identity. Food: Excellent and interesting where appropriate. Chicken nachos with one of 13 flavorings from mild to «Fricken Scream» sounds very intriguing. The Beef-​n-​Bird was good and creative even though the steak wasn’t temped correctly. I only expect that in upscale restaurants anyway. Will definitely return.

I’m the dreaded «out of towner» that is just in this town for business. The wings here are really good. The «Killer» sauce is respectably hot, but still tastes great. The hottest (x-​scream) is 5,000 times hotter than the second hottest, but has no real pleasant taste. I love hot as much as the next guy, but come on, there has to be taste too. The internet juke box is also a strange point of contention. You think «internet juke box», you think «awesome», right? WRONG!!! This music selection is less robust than the set list at the Schindler’s List prom. Want Johnny Cash? Want 2Pac? Want Pantera? Too bad. You only get to choose from an all pre-​selected library. This mine as we’ll be a 0.132 GB iPod play list.
