The sushi here was better than sushi from grocery stores like Kroger, but not a lot better. I can get better sushi from Sake for the same price, if not cheaper. If other people wanted to go here to eat I would join them, but I wouldn’t go by my own choice.

Great food, clean tables. Really enjoy new style of sushi rolls. Not just for raw fish people, they have rolls for vegetarians and meat style rolls.

The assembly-​line style that has become so popular with places like Subway and Chipotle has now arrived for sushi. I loved the process in which they dispensed the rice evenly onto the seaweed (or soy) wrapper, loaded it up with fruits/​veggies and proteins of your choice, sauces, and rolled it with the bamboo mat before using this cool little device to cut it into perfect little slices. The different types of exotic-​sounding lemonades also made my first experience at Fusian a good one. The only suggestion I would have would be to add eel to the list of meats, alongside the chicken, fish, and shrimp already offered. Another great addition could be to have onigiri as an additional option for ordering.

Best sushi, everything is so fresh, practices are sustainable, I drive 20 minutes once a week to go here. Get the spicy mayonnaise and soy sauce to cover your rolls in! I live for their spicy mayonnaise! PLEASE bring another location to Springboro!!!

I feel like this is a good option for first time sushi go-​ers. They can choose and start out with the baiscs.
Otherwise, I think it’s pretty overpriced for what you get. Considering I can go to Sake for 50% off sushi Mon-​Thurs and have more intricate rolls for $ 3-​$ 4 less per roll, I would choose Sake every time.

Literally sushi version of chipotle, but way healthier than chipotle. Chipotle could be healthy depending on what you get, but at Fusian, it’s healthy no matter what you get. Also recommended for vegans & vegetarians.
I personally like tuna, but you can get 2 protein because there are 2 raws of 5 pieces (10 pieces total).

Excellent staff; friendly & positive demeanor. Store was pleasant, inviting and clean. Large «community» type table is a fresh take on the dinning experience. Many options on the menu, and most importantly very good. I quite enjoy going to Fusian 3 – 4 times a mo. And with so many opinions on their menu I believe I will be frequenting this establishment for many more months to come.

Fast service & super fresh ingredients! Only lack 1 star bc first employee clearly had a bad cold & his sniffling while prepping our rolls bothered me. Think he should have been reassigned off the line.

Sometimes I wanted to order some sushi without the wait. This time, I visited Fusian in Centerville for my quick fix. Their employees were always friendly and enthusiastic.
The order setup always looked like an assembly line; the employee passed the unfinished roll to the next employee. Before I chose the ingredients, they always asked me which wrap I wanted: seaweed or soy? For the rice: brown or white? Then, I paid before I went to the «assembly line» to finish my roll.
I chose the seaweed and the brown rice. I added tuna, veggies (green onion, avocado, and cucumber), sesame seeds, and spicy mayo. After I finished my roll, I sat at one of the large, communal wood tables.
The rolls looked very beautiful! The seaweed, however, tasted crunchy, and it’s supposed to taste tender. After my several visits, I felt that their sushi tasted acceptable. If you prefer delicate, chef-​worthy sushi, go to a restaurant. If you want to get the sushi fast, visit Fusian!

I CANT GET ENOUGH OF THIS PLACE!
I no longer live in the area but every time I visit I go to Fusian multiple times.
One would think that’d I’d have the best sushi living in Southern California but unfortunately, I have not found a place that is as good as Fusian. This is great for them and terrible for me!
Everything is always extremely fresh and their sauces are to die for. I wish they would bottle and sell the sweet soy, spicy mayo, and wasabi mayo… so good!
Anything you get from here will be delicious and I highly recommend you go today!

This place takes no pride in the work at all and it shows because the foods appearance and taste is unacceptable. The topping station person just dumps on in one big pile on the half ass roles that are falling apart. Great idea but with poor training the lack of a manager present equals crappy products. I would love to be contacted back. @eatfusian

Just as good as the original Brown Street location. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients. Since you pick exactly what goes inside and on top, you get the perfect sushi roll every time. You get choices like brown rice, soy wraps, and even a PB&J roll for kids.
Staff is awesome, smiled the entire time and seem to genuinely enjoy working here. Convenient location.

Best blend of American and Asian sushi for those who are weary of eating sushi. This is a great place to start and the ingredients are always fresh and delicious. Always reminds me of my college days and I will be coming here all the time now that there is a centerville location.
