Great customer service! After calling everywhere from Columbus to Dayton, being left on hold forever, finally found a place that had a Playstation 4 Batman Special Edition. Bad news is they only had one in Dayton, and we were in Columbus. They were super accommodating in reassuring us that if we made the trip, it would be there, and it was. Great deal, $ 250 less than it was going for on eBay, totally worth the trip. Awesome used game selection as well, picked up a game kiddo wanted for $ 18, Playstation 3 games have been ridiculously priced lately. Doesn’t matter a whole lot considering our 3 was stuck in a loop, was time to upgrade, and glad I was able to get the special edition. Thanks Gamestop!
