Convenient, friendly, and helpful. Someone always available to assist. Have most of what I need most of the time. Check out is fast and efficient. Never have to wait long. Certainly prefer this to a big box store.

This Handyman Ace is one of several in the area but closest to my house. Go every now and again for topsoil, painting supplies, screws and basically everything else I’ve forgotten at Lowe’s or discovered that I needed while in the middle of putting something together. Tonight was screws, everyone says hi and ask if they can help you, but they don’t follow me around or make me feel generally weird like some people can. Everyone who works at the checkout is very friendly as well. Went in not too long ago to see if they could order a ceiling fan because they carried the manufacturer’s products, but not their fans. They took my name and number and told me they’d look into it. A couple of days later the guy calls and leaves a message for me, and overall was very helpful and apologetic when they couldn’t get it for me. Mainly a customer service review, but they do well enough to get my attention and get Unilocaled. Nice people and helpful.
