Nice store, but floor staff could use some customer service training. They were unhelpful and standoffish when I was trying to purchase a bedroom set. The older lady at the register was kind. I don’t think I will shop again.

I love this store! So far, i have brought home a(new) chair, a(new) area rug, a(used) hutch, and a(used) curio cabinet. The used items have been in excellent condition, and the new items were, well… new! The staff has always been friendly, helpful and informative, without any«high-pressure» sales tactics. If you purchase a pre-owned item, definitely check it out thoroughly. That having been said, I’m very impressed with the quality of the pieces that they accept for consignment.

I like the premise of this store. Consignment is a wonderful thing! It is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and I enjoy perusing their shelves. The problem? Much of their stuff is way overpriced. They have what is like a tier system where things go down in price if not sold. That is a great idea but the initial prices seem inflated due to that. They have some brand new furniture which is pretty cool but again when you are a consignment store you can’t start with new furniture prices. Now as a consignor… they are quite picky, which is not necessarily a bad thing. I think they are pretty fair with home goods. The chic2chic boutique is kind of «moody». What they will take is inconsistent. I understand that they have to accept items based on current inventory, season, what is selling and what is not but it does seem to depend on who is working. Some of their prices are extremely high; their jewelry in particular. Overall, my husband and I usually go in and peruse on the weekends. We usually walk out with something small but not always. We will continue to browse and consign but I definitely do think there is room for improvement.

We bought a $ 2000 leather sofa in great condition. We inspected it well before we purchased it. When we had it delivered it had scratches and small tear on the arm of the sofa. We called back to the store and were treated rudely and unprofessional from everyone including manager to owner. If you shop here, do not have anything delivered.

I just moved to Dayton and I purposely googled consignment shops in the area. I found this one in my search and decided to give it a try. Am I ever glad I did! What a wonderful surprise of a store. I’ve been back several times and picked up a beautiful lamp with shade(and bulb) for $ 15 — definitely a huge bargain. I also found a pair of jeans in excellent condition that were a name brand that I already buy in just my size for again, quite a bargain. The store is organized well and is bright and cheery with eye-catching displays. The quality of the merchandise from furniture to clothing is top notch. They do have more furniture than clothes(women’s clothes only), as well as household items mostly for the dining room/kitchen. Also note that some of their furniture is listed as new. As with other consignment shops I’m familiar with, the prices drop every so many days. An added bonus is that the prices and dates of the next price drops are clearly marked on the item’s tag.
