So apparently this place thinks I’m asking too much to get hot peppers on the side. According to «corporate» they aren’t allowed to just take the peppers they would put on the sandwich onto a napkin or roll it up in a wrapper. Complete bullshit. I asked why, the only answer was a stoic«corporate». First of all, at every other JJs I always get the peppers on the side. Secondly the reason I get them on the side is because *Every Single Time* I get them there are stems attached to the damn peppers which I prefer not to bite into. This just REALLY pissed me off. Not a big deal or unusual request. I won’t be coming back.

Very fast and tasted excellent! Always great to get a sandwich from here because it’s not expensive and it’s tasty. Way better then subway or Quiznos. Tastes fresh. Defiantly going to go here again!

Will SOMETIMES(They told me they wouldn’t today because corporate was there. Nice.) deliver to the building next door that I could literally toss a ball into. I’m not athletic. Our building is quite literally 10 feet away, but we are out of their delivery zone. I would have met them at the business next door, but their customer service was atrocious. I think the person I spoke with on the phone was the manager and she was, for lack of better words, extremely«snotty.» Will never, ever do business with them. Try Milano’s, Potbelly, or Panera, all on Brown Street and ready to treat people like customers! Milano’s was happy to take my order today!

This place is alright. I received a $ 50 gift card as a present, but otherwise would not come here. Service and atmosphere was alright… more neutral than friendly. I ordered a Vito yesterday and my boyfriend got the huge sandwich(I forgot the name.) The Vito was pretty dry… and there wasn’t much to it. The provolone cheese they used in it was delicious though. But for the price of the sandwiches… I expected a lot more. The chips were partially redeeming. I absolutely loved them. Watch out if you have peanut allergies because they use peanut oil. I wonder how this place competes with Subway and Penn Station. Penn Station is literally the next building to the right. Subway is further down the strip. Each has their own speciality… but I feel like Jimmy John’s is the lesser of the three. If you want an AMAZING sandwich, go to 5th Street Deli in the Oregon district.

Service: Great! The two workers behind the counter were jovial and friendly in a very personal way. They took our orders as soon as we walked in and started working on them immediately. Food: Got the Vito sub, which is their Italian. It was delicious. The veggies were fresh, the bread was good, and I could really taste the different meats. The guy behind the counter asked if I wanted bacon on it, and I realized then that I most definitely did. It was a great touch!

Seriously Freaky Fast Food, Great prices, and the bread that they claim is «day old» is normally fresh out of the oven.
