Extremely helpful & insightful. I am putting together my Halloween costume and naturally I pick up the most expensive tulle fabric. The attendant asked what I was making and geared me towards a cheaper option since i will be wearing the fabrics one time, & not fabrics used for expensive wedding dresses.
I then walk up to the register & the clerk directs me towards coupons locators on the site to discount towards my purchase. Very friendly & I will be returning for future craft endeavors!

You can get pretty much everything you need for your crafts here. They always have coupons so you get some good deals when they have sales. Staff is always nice expect when you are visiting the fabric cutting dept. they are usually not so friendly another thing I don’t like is they don’t measure the fabric the right way they are always rushing it and more then once I ended up not getting the amount I wanted for the fabric so I would end up wasting paying the full price and when I get home to measure it they didn’t even give me a full yard, etc. Other then that I do like going to this store for all my craft projects.

Staff is apathic. Asked where bathrooms were answer all the way in the back. Not helpfulwhen had already walked store. All the way back by frames would have been much more useful as there are giant framing sihns.
