We had my son’s 8th birthday party here. The kids AND adults both had a great time! We did the Ultimate party which included two games, drinks, pizza and the use of the party room. The hostess was Batgirl and she was great!
The only negative I could come up with was that the party room was a bit small and could use a fresh coat of paint. There is also a door that opens to the outside, so anyone can walk in while you are in the arena. Batgirl did tell us that it sets an alarm off at the front desk to alert them.
I REALLY like how they let the kids (ahem, and MAYBE the adults joined…) play one game, then come eat pizza, cake and open gifts before starting the second game. I had some kids that were running late and it was nice that they were still able to play in a game.

I went with a group of fifteen family members. We all had a blast. However, this was in spite of the fact that the packs seemed to stop working many times and the staff was REALLY unfriendly. At least five different people had to go replace their packs during the game. The staff didn’t bother to fully explain the rules to us and acted annoyed and condescending when we asked for clarification. I was really astonished at how rude they were. However, laser tag is AWESOME and we had a good time. So, three stars.

FUN TIMES!!! Great professional staff and a friendly environment. Everyone there had lots of fun and both teams were competitive… reasonable price and quick service… highly recommended for people looking for fun on a bored day, family time, or looking for fun and not wanting to spend lots of money.

Broken equipment and a staff that doesn’t care. I was part of a private group that paid $ 1500 to rent their facility, and everyone had a miserable time because their equipment didn’t work. The staff didn’t seem to care. They kept bringing out the same broken packs even after we repeatedly asked that they be removed from service and fixed. They couldn’t be bothered to open their concession stand for us or even provide us water. They did nothing to help us at all. We left feeling like we wasted our time and money. If you want to have a group party, look elsewhere.
