On my trip to Dayton trying out new chains they dont have in Columbus I stopped at Lee’s. I had high hopes and was trying to see if it was as good as Popeyes or as bad as Churches. Sadly, it falls in the same category as Churches. I tried the Famous Recipe and Spicy chicken, both with a lot of breading which I do usually love, but it was too much so that it was raw and not crunchy. What a dissapointment having globs of unfried flour and the spicey not spicy at all. The strips were very pale and flavorless, the buffulo bits very the best thing on the menu. They were supposed to be spicy, but also not but still a tiny bit of flavor. I tried all of their dipping sauces as well as all of their mini sandwhiches and none were very good. No need to eat at Lee’s.
