Service is usually pretty slow as it was today. Staff is kind and sometimes smiling. The food was hot. It isn’t awful for a McDonald’s.

They now have chairs and tables in the dining room! Yipeee!
Employees look like they aren’t on drugs, which is a huge improvement from last year’s visit.
The drive-thru seemed to move relatively fast considering how busy it was at 10am.

Yes, I have rated this a 5-star place. You say this is out of line, with the other reviews? Yes, that is true. Until 02/13, this unit was poorly run, poorly managed, and even 1 star was being kind, as were the other reviews.
Since the change of ownership, I have experienced GREAT service, both in the drive-thru and inside.
— Fast service
— Accurate delivery of food.
— Friendly, courteous staff,…now.
Interior is clean. They are also upgrading it, a bit at a time!
WiFi is also being upgraded, or so I am told.

One late saturday night not long ago I was very hungry.
I drove up to the drive-thru and before I could order a voice came over the speaker saying, «we have run out of hamburgers»
Thinking to myself.
What does this mean?
Did they serve 5 billion and that was the limit?
Are there no more cows available to slaughter?
Is it the end of days?
Was it just some sort of Ronald Mcdonald burger prank?
Was there an order for 8000 burgers in the car ahead of me?
Are they looking out for my health and wellness?
After careful and quick consideration, I decided to draw this conclusion,
«umm, ok, well, I’ll have the chicken then.»

this is Unilocal ! what am i doing reviewing a McDonalds. Unilocal is for unique restaurants and places you wouldn’t normally think of
well, because this one is so subpar, I’d never ever stop there, after so many bad experiences
its always something wrong with this location.
The credit card machine is down
Long Lines (its always busy)
Out of milkshake, ice cream, and frappes (all on the same hot day)
Fries that are never cooked
Rude Service
Its a franchise, not a company based store but the quality here is pretty much lower then every other McDonalds you could go to.
I’m not going to talk about what’s on the menu because everyone knows that.
The only redeeming quality is free wi-fi

While the people weren’t rude, they weren’t exactly friendly. We got a drive thru order and it had some issues. The thing that annoyed me the most was the complete lack of attention to the usual things that come with a meal. No utensils for our 2 pancake breakfasts, only one syrup for the 2, and like 10 butters. It showed no care for the customer. It wasn’t an oops I thought there was only one breakfast. It was I don’t care about this so I’m just going to throw hand fulls of s@$t in the bag. Have you ever tried to have 2kids share one syrup. It was a huge headache.

I was recently in the area staying with my brother. After a long night out I really needed some breakfast. My first trip there was great. I came back a few hours later because I was parched and the line wAs so long I had to go to another mcdonalds for my tea!!!
