Nouveau Nails and Spa

Came here for the first time for a mani/​pedi as a walk-​in, no wait! Everyone was very nice and I would rate the quality as a little above average. However, five days later (while on vacation) I developed very painful ingrown toenails on both of my big toes. This has NEVER happened to me after a professional pedicure. Also, my gel manicure is already peeling off. Will not return!

Today I called last minute looking for a pedicure for 2 people at the same time. They got us right in! The massage chairs were amazing! One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. And what’s nice is the staff is very friendly and can speak English. Sometimes it frustrates me when they can’t understand me but today we had full conversations with the ladies that did our pedis! I think this nail salon was kept very clean and tidy. Also it wasn’t too pricy! I will be going back and suggest it to others.
The only down side was if you pay with a credit card you pay more! Bring cash and save signs are placed in the salon but it doesn’t really tell you if you use CC you pay more! Next time I’ll bring cash.

I have been going here for years and the last 4 visits it had been downhill.
Salon is pretty clean but service is horrible. Make an appointment and have to wait 15 minutes until getting brought back. That is fine, but after another 15 minutes goes by and nothing has even been started. Ask the tech about it and she says they are busy I said I see that but the lady behind me said she didn’t have an appointment and got stated before I did?
Will not be back. Make sure you allow PLENTY of time, because you will need it.

This place is awesome. I have been coming here for a couple of years now and the ladies are very friendly. Family oriented business who all work well together. Always satisfied with my nails, especially when I get acrylic nails.

This is a very nice reasonably priced nail salon. The staff here are very friendly. I came in an hour before closing to get a basic manicure and they were able to see me without any issue. I appreciated the care taken to make sure my manicure was done well. I was home for the holidays and went to the first place I could find on google and was pleasantly surprised at how nice a place this is. While I was getting my nails done, I observed the staff interacting with some of their customers and could see that they really take the time to get to know their customers. It seems like they have a decent sized regular customer base… if I lived around here, I’d probably be a regular too! In addition to nail services, they also do lash extensions, facials and massages. I will definitely be returning here in the future whenever I am home. They also give a discount if you pay in cash vs credit card. Also, they are open until 7:30 most days and 8:00PM on Fridays which is great for the after work crowd.
