Overpriced and pretentious Chinese food, way more worse than those small joints on the street corners. Not recommended.

Awesome food; love the Pad Thai, Kung Pao, Lettuce wraps, and egg rolls. If you like egg drop soup you must try it. It’s really good!

Love the lettuce wraps here! Nice date night environment. I like to sit in the round booths.

Lunch menu is expensive and disappointing. I ordered the spicy Tuna roll pick 2 and I was shocked by the product. The tuna looked like a gelatinous mess and I couldn’t bring myself to try it. I will upload photo. Judge for yourself.

The dessert is the best thing here. I like he lettuce wraps. But they definitely are very much full of soy sauce and sugar. It comes with maybe a fourth or third of the leaves on the lettuce. To avoid the wait I just order to go.

Tonight, my wife and I had moo goo gai pan. The serving was large enough to share and still have extra to take home. Service was a little bit slow tonight and the rice was cold and dried out but the moo goo gai pan was delicious. We ordered chicken lettuce wraps for an appetizer and they were just okay.

Yes, this is a chain. Yes, the food is only slightly better than okay. Yes, it’s a little pricey for what you get. Yes, the service was very slow on my one visit here. The atmosphere is really nice though. I ordered Korean BBQ chicken stir-fry and the chicken was decent enough, but the flavoring was a little dull. Did I clean my plate? You bet I did!

A stop for lunch and I was suprised that they either do not have or did not give me a lunch menu? The dinner menu is not a very good value at night but for lunch its just overpriced. I ordered a new sushi roll for $ 10.25. When it arrived it was tiny. Bartender spent half my meal talking about his problems with a customer. I became very sad for him. It made my lunch that much less attractive. Not a manger in site. in the battle of corporate restaurant biz they are not getting a passing grade.

Always enjoy lettuce wraps, the entrees with chicken good but quality of chicken hit and miss, some great some tough or dry. The flavors good but need to find different supplier for chicken if it comes in frozen.

PF= Pathetic Food Chain is what should be posted on the outside. Bland food, cold food, an online ordering system that continuously fail, rude staff and management that doesn’t have a grasp on customer service. I’ve given this location WAY to many chances. The food is hit and miss with more misses than hits. I’d NEVER step foot in another. I get better quality at China Cottage and more consistency from the hole in the wall Chinese restaurants. I’m not hard to please but very easily to be set off.

The food is great. My favorite is the lettuce wraps! However, you never get enough lettuce and always have to ask for me(which is fine).-Today the server didn’t come back till after we ate the rest with forks. Mind you, this was to take our food order!(strike one) We were there from 1pm to 2 pm on a Wednesday. Plenty of open tables, the lunch rush was over. Average wait once food was ordered until delivered(by a bus boy not the server). Then no one came back to our table, everyone had empty drinks!(strike two). Finished with meal and waited 15 minutes for the bill(still no drinks) ended up having to ask another server to get it.(strike three). When server did arrive with bill, she did not apologize for the wait or give fortune cookies. So, if you plan on going, have plenty of time and ask for refills when ordering.

I have been here several times and the food and service is always very good. Things to try: Hot n Sour Soup Spicy Green Beans Mix n Match: I mixed the sauce from the spicy green beans with the sesame chicken and it was AMAZING!

I was craving spring rolls and tofu. The spring rolls wrapper was good, but they were completely flavorless. I had the«crispy» tofu which was also flavorless and so NOT crispy. Major disappointment. The only saving grace was fast, friendly service.

This location is iffy compared to others I’ve dined at. In this chains defense the other locations I’ve eaten at have been terrific. This one is a roll of the dice if your gonna get a good meal or a disappointment. I eat out regularly as my waist line advertises and with coworkers or friends give them a try once or twice a year and about 50% of the time walk out disappointed. Entrance and dining room are gorgeous. Wait and bar staff seem well trained and courteous but after a couple years I believe whoever runs their kitchen is at fault for the mediocrity at this location.

First time I’ve ever been to a P.F. Chang’s. Yes I know it’s a bit lame but get over it. As we were stopping for a quick bite to eat we didn’t ponder over the menu. We went for what we knew would be good… the amazing General Tso’s chicken. And amazing is certainly what it was! My favorite part was there was enough sauce left over you could scoop your rice up and not have it be dry. Bit of a pet peeve of mine when there isn’t enough lovey gooey sauce to coat the chicken and rice. The chicken was moist and not dried out. Anyway next time we go back we’re definitely expanding our menu interests.

We eat here primarily because they have an excellent Gluten Free menu for our daughter who is a Celiac. Their attention to detail of this area is usually Top Notch with separate plates dedicated to food allergy dishes. Unfortunately, they slipped up with one of the deserts since it appears the cherry sauce on the chocolate desert may have had gluten. This cause the loss of two stars. Other than that, the appetizers and main course were very good. I eecially enjoyed the Shaghai Garlic Shrimp. Perfectly Cooked, very tasty and right sized portion. Service was very good and attentive. We will be back

Danger Will Robinson! Rude and disrespectful. Despite the relatively late hour(8 pm on a Saturday), was told there’d be a 30 min. wait for a table. So decided to eat at the bar. NOONE — not the bartender nor barbacks — acknowledged us for several minutes. Finally, the bartender came over our way, only to shake the hand the guy who came in and sat next to us AFTER we came in. He was apparently a friend. So I asked him, «Excuse me, are we invisible here?» And the guy gives ME lip! Incensed, on the way out the door I sought out a manager, who in response to my complaint offered to give us a seat in the dining room immediately. What about the 30 minute wait? And the manager didn’t get it … I was PISSED and it was all I could do not to drag him over to the bar and MAKE him confront his bartender. Hey Dayton, I’m from the Washington, D.C., area and even we don’t disresect people like that. What happened to midwestern hospitality? I’ve been to PF Chang’s in other cities … the food is good for a chain … but not good enough to put up with service like this. For the record, I went next door to Bravo Cucina, where the bar service was IMPECCABLE and the food was decent.

I have given PF Changs so many chances to awe me and they just don’t. I think there egg rolls are okay but everything else is just blah. They lack flavor. I think they just go on presentation, cause there stuff does look somewhat in the I want category. The lunch portions are so small and so expensive looking at $ 8.50+. I tried the kids lo mein today and it was disgusting it was just noodles with soy sauce and about three tiny pieces of chicken. For the price this place is so not worth it. I do have to say the lettuce wraps are the only thing i would go in and get and i would need a free coupon again to drag me in here. I have tried three different branches of this restaurant and have been disappointed each time. Go to your local china man you’ll enjoy him much better and you will promote your local business for the better.

I think everyone is being a little rough in PF Changs beause it’s a chain restaurant. I 100% believe it’s worthy of 4 stars. I’ve eaten here a million times, and never have had a bad experience. The service is always good. The décor is nice. The bar area is nice, too. The food always come out hot and yummy. I think everyone knows that the best thing they have are the lettuce wraps. Sometimes, that’s what I’ll order as my entrée. I also love the Dan Dan noodles, the spring rolls, the banana dessert spring rolls, and basically everything on the menu. So, give ol’ PF Changs a break! They have some good dishes! :)

*3.5* I know it’s sacrilege to give a good review to a chain but I am really impressed with the quality of food at PF Chang’s. This location is no different. Here’s what to expect: 1. You will pay a bit more but the freshness and taste are better than a local Chinese place. 2. The service is sllooowwww… which is very surprising. It was 7 of us and we had corp cards so you think it would be better service? Nope. She went MIA for a large clip of the time and the place wasn’t all that busy. 3. The food is very good. I had the CHANG’S SPICYCHICKEN which is equal to General Tso’s and I was very pleased. The chicken tasted very fresh and not that fake style you get elsewhere(you know, where it’s all breading and a microscopic peace of chicken). Instead of the brown rice I was really hungry and went with fried rice which was excellent! For apps we split the dumplings(small but rather fresh and good), dynamite shrimp(small and next time I will pass on them… didn’t do much for me) and Edamame(kind of dried out but not too bad). 4. Ambiance was gaudy and dark. Overall for a chain it’s a good choice but on the weekends be prepared to wait a significant amount of time. ENJOY!
