This place is awesome. They really stand behind what they sell. My husband had a garmin he purchased from another Performance bike store some years ago that stopped working properly and garmin was no help in trying to fix it for him. Performance pretty much swapped it out for a new one no questions asked. While we were in there we also purchased a bike rack for the car. The sales person took it out for us, attached it to our car, and showed us how to use it. That’s what I call customer service!

Stopped in with intent to purchase two bikes for my teen daughters. Walked around a few minutes with no one greeting or offering assistance. After walking around looking at several bikes I decided to take one down myself and let my daughter try it out. There was only about 5 – 7 people in the store so my daughter rode it around a time or two before two employees told us she couldn’t ride in the store. Now I will say, they were polite and did not act rude about it but then never came and asked to help us either. We looked a little more and left without anyone asking us if they could help us. I have no problem abiding by the store rules but there’s a problem if the only thing a customer hears while in your store is to get off the bikes. Too competitive of a market to get this kind of no-​service

Stopped by to get our tune ups on the bikes with our membership. We had those cards and met up with the mechanic guy in the back who was super friendly and sarcastic lol. So he helped us out by telling us to Save our tune up until the end of our membership (to get the most value out of it which I always really appreciate :)
& then proceeded to very quickly adjust «everything needed» on our bikes while we were in the shop so we didn’t even need to leave them there, thus saving us another trip out there :)
They were super busy at the time and this guy (really wish I had got his name. .) was still so helpful to answer all my husband’s questions about bike pedal clips and shoes and make suggestions and all that good customer service stuff. I was highly impressed and we both left in such a good chipper mood it was a great interaction :)

The worst customer service EVER! I have been there several times and the people that work there literally ignore you. My husband and I have decided that unless you walk in wearing bike shorts and a helmet, you might as well forget being waited on. We were there for over one hour looking at bicycles for my daughter and no one came up to us asking if we need help. We even had to take the bikes off of the racks ourselves. I took a picture of the bike we wanted and am getting it from someplace else. Stay away from this store!!!

I can’t say enough great things about this store. They stand behind their products 100%, if something doesn’t work out just take it back. The staff is very friendly, and even more important they are extremely knowledgable about biking. I’ve checked out all the local bike shops and performance is where I choose to buy all my gear.

My wife was in the market for her first road bike and the clerks at this store went out of there way to help her. They found a few frames that fit her swapped out the seat post and bike seat and let her take them out for a ride. When we went to check out we told them that the reason we wanted to get her a road bike because she didn’t like the hybrid one she bought last year. They told us to bring the old bike in and they would refund her the purchase price even though the bike was a year old. We were so impressed with there customer service that we decided this is the only bike shop for us.
We also found that if you can wait for the sales you can get stuff cheaper here than you can at amazon.

Very friendly, very knowledgable. Prices could come down a bit. But if you need something for your biking needs they have it.
