Best Pizza in Dayton. Fast and friendly service. Clean too. Highly recommended. Have only eaten in or taken out, but they deliver too. Hood value.

Good pizza, but a bit dry. No cheese over the toppings. Pizza should be cheezy not like flatbread. Have worked in a pizza place before; they need to throw a bit on top as well, keeps it all together. Donta be cheezy with a da cheeze, capiche?

Came in after a long trip from Cali and we loved it. The wings were also a favorite with my family. But the Cinnamon Twist were the winner hands down. Definitely will become a regular for us.

Eaten here many times. Prices are a little costly but fair. Staff is always very friendly and nice. We have never had any complaints about their food. The pizza is pretty good but slightly spicy. 4⁄5 stars.

I ordered a spaghetti and meatballs and when delivered, found a baked spaghetti which is clearly different and consisted of noodles, a glob of melted cheese and little sauce. When I called and questioned the order, I was told, «most customers like the baked, that’s why you got that one.» I’m curious why they offer two options when they are going to automatically give you baked. I threw it away, no thanks. Thanks a lot, pizza factory, for assuming I liked what I didn’t order.

It’s ok. Prices are up there, food is average much of the time. Not consistent. One time we’ll get an excellent pizza then the next three times will be blah, we order the same thing every time but it’s always different. Staff is always friendly.

Great pizza, wings and breadsticks. Young, friendly service. The 26.99 deal is worth every penny. Fed 5 hungry fatties.

I have been getting Pizza from Pizza Factory fairly steady for the past 3 years or so. We’ve had some past issues with burnt pizza delivered we’ve been able to iron out. Then about a week ago my girlfriend picked up a pizza and observed the young lady blowing on the pizza after shed dabbed the grease off with paper towels. After she returned home she informed me what she observed. Blowing on the food big No-No in the world of food safety! Just slightly above spitting on the pizza. At best the pizza has always been mediocre, but it beats the Pizza hut, and in Dayton there are not a lot of choices. So I called the Pizza Factory and ask to speak with the manager, and the girl kept asking whats wrong with the pizza, and I had to repeatedly ask for the manager at least 3 times. So a guy comes on who says he is owner. I tell him what my girlfriend observed, and that I am a certified Food safety manager, and what took place was unsafe food practice. He stated he can guarantee that his girl did not blow on the Pizza, in essence calling my girlfriend a lier without even investigating the issue. After some bantering back and forth, he offered me a new pizza. I refuse and said I’d bring the pizza back and I want a refund. His attitude was very defensive, and angry. He repeated at least 4 times«I guarantee my girl did not blow on the pizza, she is food safety trained.» Each time I informed him you keep calling my girlfriend a lier each time you say that. He was thick as a brick and it did not penetrate how insulting he was being. If he would simply have said, I apologize, our staff is trained in best food safety practices, and I’ll investigate instead of getting defensive, and insisting that it was an impossibility for his staff,(family members) to blow on the pizza then I would have been good with that. I would have exchanged the pizza for another one. So people make mistakes. Admit it rather than call a customer a lier. When I went in to bring their pizza back and get my refund, he tells me his girl had sniffed the pizza to make sure it was the one with garlic on it. Well hovering your face over the pizza and sniffing means your exhaling and therefore blowing on the pizza to. My girlfriend said she puckered up her lips and blew, and she thought the highly trained food safety management pizza girl was trying to get a piece of the paper towel that stuck on the pizza off. Excuses, and being defensive about mistakes don’t cut it. Admit the possibility a mistake was made, apologize. Take responsibility! Satisfy the customer. Loosing one pizza as opposed to loosing the many dozens I buy yearly is bad business. Pizza Factory just lost a customer who did a lot of business, but because the owner got defensive and basically called my girlfriend a lier I will not do business with them anymore. Oh and I am real good about spreading my pleasures and displeasures by word of mouth. Yeah I am picky, I do not want you breathing on my food!

Two and a half stars. The pizza tastes great! But, it is overpriced for what you get and the customer service is not up to par. I have always loved Pizza Factory pizza, but I will not be going back to this location.

We have ordered pizzas from here a couple times since the summer of 2013. Delivery was prompt, unfortunately they messed up a pizza order and delivered us something opposite of what we ordered. The pizzas were of OK quality, not impressed as they were a bit soggy. Feel that they could definitely spend more time on quality of their food than speed.

Got takeout from The Pizza Factory for the first time this afternoon(6⁄10). I was helping a buddy at his shop in Mound House. Called in the order; pizza for the guys and lasagna for me. I was told 15 to 20 minutes. When I got there, the pizza and lasagna were out of the oven and ready to be packages. This is when they put the garlic bread in the oven, so I had to wait a few more minutes… not a big deal, but not ideal. When I got back to the shop, I dug into the lasagna… it was cold. The meat sauce on the edge was warm, but not much else. I was very disappointed. I only had a couple bites and gave up. The shop doesn’t have an oven, so I couldn’t heat it up further. I ended up basically just eating the bread that came with it. For being pretty hungry, it was a rather disappointing lunch.

I used to eat here a lot when I worked out in Dayton, but I don’t get out here much any more. But the other day, I got a hankering for one of their«white» pizzas. It’s just crust, cheese, olive oil and garlic. I usually get a personal size, and it makes a nice lunch. Man I love those things. Place doesn’t seem too busy, which is too bad. They get right on it when you come in to order and it’s done toot sweet.

Pretty good for pizza in Dayton. Actually I think it’s the only option for pizza in Dayton now that round table is gone. This is better anyway. I recommend extra sauce. I love pizza factory crust/dough. The sauce is some of the best as well.

Best pizza in town. Delivery service is great too. The pizza has been extremely consistant, which seems to be tough thing to do for many places. Plenty of toppings, tasty crust and sauce just the way our family likes it. It is a bit pricey, but worth it… You get what you pay for…

Pizza Factory makes some damn good pizza. A little on the pricey side, but definitely worth it. Round Table, IMO, was always the best pizza money could buy(and it took a lot of money to buy, too) — but unfortunately, they were never very consistent, and sometimes I just spent a helluva lot of money on mediocre pizza. But Pizza Factory is the new top dog. Wife and I both agree! Delicious pizza, great crust, tasty toppings, they got it! Big downside is the locations are few and far between. Kinda like an expensive pizza-version of In-N-Out(the best of the best of the best). Also, the cheesy bread is definitely worth checking out! Yum! Damn, I got hungry just writing this review.

This is my second favorite pizza in town… the first being Brugos. The pizza is good… sauce is terrific… atmosphere is not good, but it is a great take out pizza place!
