Pizza Hut

I used to order from this one but the service has gone to the dogs! I ordered one of the latest promos garlic parmesan pizza & what they call boneless wings. Awful! The boneless wings are really dry, breaded chicken chunks. They do not resemble chicken wings at all. The garlic parmesan pizza – yuk! It wasn’t cooked properly; the middle was not cooked all the way thru. The crust tasted like cardboard, I think – at least that what it seemed like. I called to get a refund to credit card. I was told no they can’t do that over the phone – I’d have to come in. Wierd! And, the order was a delivery! They expect me to drive there and get a refund after I just paid for delivery service. So she supposedly gave me a credit, which was good for 30 days. Then I call to order using my credit within a month — they tell me I don’t see a credit but can give me a credit today. I say I would rather have the refund — oh we can’t give you a refund for an order that long ago. Seriously??? They are totally messed up over there! Anyway, instead of losing my money entirely, I placed another order for the same amount as the last order for something that I ordered before that wasn’t awful. I don’t plan on ordering from them again. Better to buy plain cheese pizza or just buy crust from the grocery store and build my own pizza from now on and save on the grief.
