A/​C stopped working during a really hot stretch. Did not need to wait long for an appointment.
Technician Steve showed up on time, and quickly solved the problem. He answered all of my questions, was courteous, and respectful of my property.
I would definitely use Ron Air again.

Found them in Checkbook as well. Contacted them for a A/​C check up. Had an 8AM — 12PM window booked and must have been on the tail end of the schedule as serviceman showed up right at 12 noon. Quick service for both the inside and outside units. Courteous and explained things. Recommended new fan blade for outside condenser unit as it was out of balance. Said they would be sending me quote for blade and replacement. Never got quote and it’s been two months since service. Would use again, but would expect follow up as promised.
