I love Sonic but this location is always hit or miss. Earlier this week I stopped to get a Slushie and when I got it, it was completely liquid. Not frozen at all. I went back through the drive thru and they weren’t surprised at all with the problem — meaning they served the Slushie when they knew it was subpar. She handed me a new one and said «the machine either works or it doesn’t so good luck with this one.» Kinda rude. I’ll probably be going to a different location from now on.
