Most disgusting hotel/motel I have ever had the displeasure of staying in! If I could give them 0 stars I would! Not to mention they let someone into my room and then my property was damaged and neither they or their corporate office would do anything about it! Do not EVER stay here. If you like the smell of smoke everywhere you walk and you want your electronics broken/lost/stolen the this is the place for you! Otherwise you would be better off sleeping in the street!

This place is disgusting. There was blood on the bathroom door. I checked out as soon as I checked in.

This place is definitely«you get what you pay for». It’s dumpy, but that’s what I expected when paying only $ 27 per night. My room was clean and the staff was pleasant. The place overall is a little musty and the carpet/furniture has stains, but again, it’s what I expected from a discount hotel. I was glad to have a cheap place for my longish stay(7 days) that didn’t break the bank.

I would give negative five stars if I could. Please, for your sake… DONOTSTAYHERE. This place is one step away from charging by the hour. It stinks like smoke… BAD, is not clean, the hallways are filled with smoke and you hear loud porn blasting out of the rooms(I’m not joking). This place was the most horrible place I’ve stayed and I’ve visited several third-world countries. I tried to check out first thing the next morning but the front desk was locked up like a payday loan after hours. I had to go to class(I was there for a government course) so I checked out over the phone at around 9:00am. I was assured by the front desk representative that the remainder of my stay(which I was made to pay in full up front) would be refunded. After returning I saw that it was not. I called to have them refund my money and was told that I needed to wait for a phone call back and that she couldn’t refund it based on «what I think my stay was» versus what was in the computer. She was quite rude when saying this and even made fun of me(made noises like I was stuttering… which I don’t) while telling me to calm down. The funny thing is that I wasn’t even worked up… after 20 years in the military and several deployments it takes a little bit more than this to get me upset. So after calling guest relations I’m told that I need to settle this with the General Manager at the location, who will«call me back tomorrow.» The representative then gave me a report number and said in the case that it isn’t settled to call them back.
