It has been over a month since my visit, I have been fair and patient enough so I have decided to post my reviews. I went there to get my wife and I dinner and it was a terrible experience. The girl at the drive thru could not get our order right so I pulled up to the window to talk face to face. I had no cars in front of me or behind which is strange for a Taco Bell but I know why now. It still took several minutes to explain our order to her as she could not seem to understand what the difference between steak and beef was. Finally she got it rang up right while constantly stopping to talk to a co-worker. When I got the food I checked in the bag and had the right items as marked. When I got home the steak Taco Salad my wife had ordered had beef which we were of course charged for steak and was a major part of the whole issue. My burritos had a tiny bit of meat on one side and that was all that was in them, so I basically paid a couple bucks a piece for plain tortillas. I tried to call the store but was told the manager was to busy to talk to me, so I contacted corporate. Corporate did contact me the following Monday and stated they would make sure that the manager called me to fix the situation. It is now January 16th of 2016 and has been more than a month and I have never heard anything back.

Terrible customer service and quality of food. Even the manager, Stephany, was incredibly rude. They won’t be getting my business anymore. Sick of their disinterest in quality all around. Avoid this place.

Took over 15 min for a simple order at 7pm, Staff unresponsive and unapologetic. A customer just had to come back and ask for cheese and tomatoes; employee acted like it was a big favor. Choose another Taco Bell!
