Tim Hortons

I usually don’t bother with leaving reviews for fast food places but I’ve tried this Tim’s three times now and it’s been terrible every time. Their Tim bits are never fully glazed and their glaze is always super sticky and slimy no matter what time you go. For some reason I only get about 2 or 3 different kinds while other Tim’s give a variety. Yesterday I tried a bagel and they some how cut it on a sharp diagonal which left only one half of the bagel cut in half. Then, what I can only assume, is they dipped the bagel in cream cheese. Every time I’d reach in the bag, while driving, my hand got covered in cream cheese. The coffee is fine though. There are so many Tim locations it’s unnecessary to bother with this one.

Normally I would have good things to say about Tim Hortons but not this Tim Hortons. Now I know why they have a «Now Hiring» sign in their window because they need to fire whoever’s working their drive-​through. She was completely rude when telling me that their machine was down. She didn’t even apologize or offer me anything else therefore I canceled my order entirely and left. Avoid this Tim Hortons at all cost and drive the extra mile.

All Tim Hortons are good. Great coffee good food for a good price.
This one has something extra. Her name is Kim. She Is awesome. On my second visit, and every visit since, she has remembered me and how I take my coffee. And I have heard her do the same with other customers.
She, and the rest of the staff are friendly and efficient.
If Kim leaves, I’m reducing my rating to 4 stars.

It’s Tim Horton’s. OK doughnuts, meh coffee.
As Tim Horton’s go this one is good. But I am being generous with the third star.

did I mention there are no tim hortons in chicago. can you believe that? hardly.
