I’m a new gardener and new to this town. I was very happy to find a place I could buy specialty soils, gardening supplies without the shipping cost you get from shopping online. They specialize in hydro gardening, which is not what I do but they do carry gardening soil, pots and starters. A decent selection of fertilizers. They’re pricing is not bad, I was surprised to see certain products to be cheaper than amazon, not all though. I just have one complaint. Returns and exchange is a must for me at any place I shop at. I purchased a fertilizer from trinity which I was told by one of the sales associate, was organic. I came home, read the label, and saw that it was not organic and had a warning label stating that it can cause cancer. It also stated that it was not safe for pets. I decided to return it, seeing how it had never been open and I had the receipt, I thought I’ll have no problem. I was wrong, the man who recommended the fertilizer told me he was legally not allowed to take back nutritional product. I was immediately taken aback! It made no sense seeing how I had returned a bag of fertilizer at lowes moments before, with no problem! But he was kind enough to «allow» it this one time and I took it. I’ve been there several times and had great service the first fews times, but this guy kinda came off as a know it all who really didn’t know it all. All the products he recommended was more expensive than the ones the other associates were recommending. He also stated that all fertilizers have chemicals that causes cancer! Let’s be honest, if that was the case nothing would be organic! He was just trying to sell his product so I wouldn’t return it! Overall, it’s a great place to buy gardening supplies that lowes or Home Depot do not sell, but do your research, know what you’re going to buy and pick up what you need. Gardening is different for everyone, so don’t stick with one theory.
