Wow… Do Not… and I mean DONOT go here from about 12−2PM on Sundays. The post Church brunch crowd crushes this place. Seems the«A» Team that works the lunch hour Monday through Friday is not available on the weekends… this was definitely a «B» Team… or even a «C» Team experience. They were utterly, utterly unprepared for the Sunday rush. One kid on grill… he tried but he can only be as quick as his machines… one kid taking orders… one kid aimlessly turning circles… and a Manager actually pulling food off trays to send to the carryout window… which was also backed up to nearly the street. As for our little tribe, we probably were in line for 4 – 5 min(not too bad) but then waited for 13 – 15 min for food… which was wrong, of course. Another 6 – 7 min to fix. This was the second time in a month I’ve encountered this on Sunday… I must be a slow learner. Bottom Line… On Sunday lunchtime, go elsewhere.

This is in miamisburg, not dayton. If interested in this place’s actual review, see the other version. Any hoo… This place was very welcome when it opened. At the time I did not like the impending encroachment into Sycamore Trails area, but it was worth it since the only places in town were BK and Arby’s.

I stopped by this Wendy’s last Sunday going through the drive thru. I had ordered my meal with no onion and no cheese. When I arrived to the window to get my food I was not greeted with a friendly smile. Rather there were a few employees just standing around goofing off. When I finally received my meal she handed to me and said«number 1 with cheese». I told her it should not have any cheese. I got a «whatever» look and shrug with a reply of «yeah it shouldn’t have any cheese». She then proceeded to work on the next order. I will not be going back to this location. It is poorly managed and the staff has a horrible sense of customer service.
