Unprofessional and rude.
I told my mother to visit this store because it’s an Apple reseller to check on getting an iMac. The two women here told her Apple computers are hard to learn, and more complicated than a PC, and then laughed at her when she told them her son recommended them. My mother is not a computer savvy person, and laughing at her only made the computer buying experience more terrifying for her.
I reported the reseller to Apple Inc. and will never buy any products from this company.
