Awful. When we were there, an older man and a middle aged man were arguing in full view of customers. We ordered the falafels — they were not fresh — they had been prepared(who knows when?) and nuked in the microwave. Nasty. We’ll never be back.

Walked in close to close and the people were more than welcoming! I could tell that they had already closed down most of the kitchen but let us order anyways! The chef saw that we had extra people waiting outside so he made us an extra order of the artichoke dip(which was delicious) I would absolute recommend to anyone and everyone, service was amazing!

Baba Ganoush was owned by a Lebanese family at first, they served amazingly good food, they were welcoming, great atmosphere. BUTNOW they switched owners and the new owner/employee is the opposite of welcoming! Every single time me or any of my friends at any time of the day walk in, the guy says that they have no food & kicks us out. They have the freaking open sign on, I can see shawarma on the grill and the guy is obviously there but they never wanna serve food. Doesn’t this guy want business!!! This is freakin weird. Me and my friends tried a couple of times till we finally gave up. Never gonna go there again and moreover will never go there knowing that they don’t wanna work, I don’t want spit in my food. Save UR breath, time and energy, look for a place that would serve u food.

My family and I lived i n the middle east for 20 years. This place is the only place in Daytona that is authentic! The food is great, fresh, and inexpensive. This place has fantastic humus, chopped salad, and tons of other dishes that make us feel at home. Highly recommend!

Wow! You have to love A restaurant that tastes like you were invited into someone’s home. I had the lamb shank and it was to die for. My husband and the falafel and found it tasty but needing more sauce. The hummus was delicious! If you are looking for fancy pants dining go elsewhere. If you are looking for food that is delicious and cooked from the soul come here !

This is my first experience with lebanese food and I have a feeling it has spoiled me for life lol. There is no way that all Lebanese food is anywhere near this good. All the different flavors and the nice lady made this an amazing eating experience. And just a hint: They named the place after the appetizer for a reason… try it!!! Wow!

The Schwarma was great! I had the beef, she had the chicken. Both were delicious! The sides rocked as well I definitely loved the Baba Ganouj. A little disorganized on the service end, but very friendly. worth it

I was so excited to try this place because I have friends from the middle east who own a lebanese restaurant back home. Since moving to the us I have been in search of a good chicken shawarma. This place is DELICIOUS! The owners greeted us at the door, shook our hands and everything; super friendly. Their AC was out so they took the only fan they had going in the place and put it at our table. The chicken shawarma tasted just perfect, and they have best baba ghanoush and baklava I ever had. If you like middle eastern food or if you feel like trying something new this place is it!

Ok, I understand the flatter, less fluffy pitas now! They’re more like tortillas, and so they make much better sandwiches. Unless a fluffy pita is top-notch, it often collapses and leaks when the pockets are stuffed. Not a problem with these, and Baba Ganouj presses the sandwich in a sandwich press before serving. The chicken shawarma sandwich comes with hummus, garlic, some sort of homemade pickle, lettuce, and parsley. It’s all perfectly balanced, so don’t ask them to take anything off(unless you’re allergic or something), because I promise it won’t be as good. If you come to Daytona Beach, you need this in your life. There are all sorts of chains and sports bars and such around, but if you want something different, that’s vibrant and alive with the quiet pride of someone who knows how to cook the cuisine of their homeland with finesse, go here. It’ll cost less, and your taste buds will be happier. They’re open till 11:00 on weeknights and 2am on weekends. Do it!
