Well I see why they only have one star!!! I booked chairs for a rental for an April event gave a deposit and now need to cancel with a 5 month notice to Carter’s but apparently deposits are nonrefundable. I understand it’s in the contract but so far out are your kidding me?! After a few emails Kat retuned our deposit and thank her for understanding why we canceled with such great notice why we would expect it returned

Kat delivered on the wrong day despite an email thread where she confirmed the correct day and delivery time. Rather than discussing the issue, she blamed my company and everyone in it taking no responsibility for the issue. Our mistake was not double checking the actual contract date, which did not coincide with the date on her email confirmation. I would never recommend doing business with this company. Everyone makes mistakes but the inability to acknowledge an error or provide a proper apology is unacceptable. Do business elsewhere because if there is a problem, it will be your fault, regardless of the written proof.
