This was the best pizza I have ever had! They make there sausage there and slice it thin, great tasting! Cheese is to die for, loaded with Topping’s and there bread is thin and crispy, they have it shipped in from New York. Their dinner salad was very fresh and big. It is just a little hole in the wall place, but if you are at Daytona Beach it is a must have. We were in Daytona for a week, one of the best dinner’s we had!

Great pizza, as other reviews note. The mozzarella sticks are also delicious. Fast, friendly service… Definitely worth coming back!

Was staying across the street at the Boardwalk. Called and ordered their special pizza with basil. It was excellent. Also Mozzarella Caprese. Very good. Fast delivery since we were across the street and this NY’er approves of their pizza.

My husband and I have been craving gyros for a while now. We had a great place in Cincinnati that we loved to frequent, but since moving to Florida, most everywhere we’ve been has fallen pretty flat. I took to Unilocal, and read a lot of disappointing reviews for most of the places in town that make gyros. Corleones, however, seemed to get a lot of positives, Incidentally, my husband stopped by for lunch previously and got two slices and a beer. The prices were grea for tha(possibly a lunch special?), considering it’s on the beach and everything on the beach is overpriced. He said the pizza was really good, and had actually been trying to take me there for some time because he had a really good experience. The place is small, but clean. Parking is at a premium, so be prepared to either wait for a spot or pay to park and walk there. The waiter was very nice. He seemed to be the only one working the FOH area, but there were only 2 other people there when we sat down. We ordered drinks(cans of soda), and he brought the wrong ones but we just swapped them out for the right ones ourselves, since the drink coolers are in the dining area. Not a big deal. We ordered gyros. My husband ordered fries and I got a bag of chips. Neither of which were necessary, because the gyros were enormous! The meat was wonderful, seasoned well and plenty of those yummy crispy bits. Smothered in a creamy, well seasoned tzatziki and dressed with tomato and onion. The pita was soft and warm. It was fantastic! I couldn’t eat it all, but it was so good, I tried. This will definitely be out go-to gyro place for as long as we live in Daytona. My only gripe is the prices…$ 2 for a little bag of chips and $ 4 for an order of fries. The fries were good, but I don’t know about $ 4 good. Like I said, everything on the beach is overpriced. They should consider opening another location off the beach. With food like that, they would get repeat business from the locals and not have to depend on tourists… also, with better parking, that place would probanly be packed every night! If you’re looking for a good gyro, this is definitely the place to go in Daytona!

As I build my own pies, a restaurant has got to be rockin’ the clock to get 3 or four stars… five is reserved for the one that makes me box up the kitchenaid, recycle my oven steel, and repurpose my peel for snow shoveling. Coreleone’s pie is top shelf! Tangy San Marzano tomatoes, hand crushed, fresh mozzarella, and a great pepperoni, topped with fresh basil… after cooking, makes a great pie. Ms. Fotiadis was delightful, and engaging. Though I don’t travel to Daytona Beach very often, this will be a «must have» stop!

Authentic New York style. Superb crust: thin and crispy, but tender inside. The sauce was flavorful and hearty. The cheese was ropey and perfectly browned along the edges. Wonderful staff and a great dining experience. Décor wasn’t much but top notch pie.

I feel bad for not liking this place as much as everyone else but it it was really just OK. Nothing very special. We ordered delivery and had no problem with them answering the phone like other people complained. The pizza was delivered promptly, was hot and not over priced. I understand that brick oven pizza will shows some charring to the crust but ours was so bad we had to eat around the crust. The garlic knots were also very charred. And once again, I know they are called«garlic knots» for but the amount of garlic was over powering. You received a large amount for your money but no one could eat more than one. I really wanted to like this place and hope we just ordered on an off night. Would give them another try just because everyone else likes them so much.

Love this place. Located at the entrance ramp to Daytona Beach, it is a family owned pizzeria. If not for helpful reviews in Unilocal,I wouldn’t have discovered it, but I’m glad I did. The restaurant itself does not look like much, but the food is fantastic. I confess I like the pizza so much that I haven’t had anything else on the menu. All of the pizza are topped with fresh basil and olive oil and are cooked well done which provides a very distinctive taste. My favorite s the pepperoni and jalapeño pie. This place is only about 6 miles off of I-95 and is well worth the detour.

If you’re going to judge a book by its cover, just walk away now! This place has a great antipasto salad, the chicken parm hero was awesome, nice garlicky flavor, decent bread. Could use a few updates, but the food is great! Customer service is awesome!

We stayed across the street during the Turkey Rod Run and decided to grab some grub to take back to the room. We ordered a messy gyro and greasy pepperoni pizza. FANTASTIC! The gyro was tender and tasty, while the pizza was delicious, thin and cooked perfect. While waiting the staff was amazing and nice. I’m sure each year we come up this will be a place we have to eat.

The place needs a little TLC but don’t let that stop you from getting the gyro from there. We ordered two to go and my wife stated that she was hungry. The gentleman who was making our gyro said you won’t after you eat this one. Well he was right. There was so much meat on that gyro it filled us like he said. My wife and I enjoyed it very much. The lady that took our order was very nice. Give it a try for yourself. We are going back again before we leave.

HOWHAVE I NOTFOUNDTHISPLACESOONER??? I came here after a friend would not stop raving about their gyros. At first I was skeptic because the place had never shown up on my radar. Then right before going inside I got pissed because the parking situation is crap. Soon after taking that first bite of gyro, I was perfect. It tasted like a folded piece of heaven. I imagine this is the food of the gods. I also had the fries, which were homemade and delicious. The food was so great that my boyfriend and I came back the next day and ordered a pizza. We got pepperoni, sausage, sun dried tomatoes, and bacon. ITWASPHENOMENAL!!! The pizza itself was HUGE but it was also the best pizza I’ve ever had. Your search for great pizza in Daytona has just ended. First try the gyro. YOUHAVETOTRYTHEGYRO!!! I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the parking really sucks. We spent 10 mins looking for a space, ridiculous.

Just bought a pizza on delivery from Corleone’s. Unlike previous reviewers, I didn’t have a problem with them answering the phone(on a Saturday night, Halloween, nonetheless.) I got a large pizza with pepperoni, sausage, onions, mushrooms and banana peppers — bill without tip was $ 21. It took about 45 minutes to be delivered and was hot upon receipt. Excellent pizza, that about all I have to say. Thin, but not a cracker crust, plenty of toppings, nicely balanced and flavourful. My first experience with them was very good, and I won’t hesitate to order from Corleone’s again(assuming they pick up the phone again, lol.)

Excellent dinner tonight. We had 2 small greek salad, small calzone and small stromboli. Enough food to feed 4 instead of 2, huge portions. Must check them out, you will not be disappointed.

Two words. Get gyro. This place looks like many other beach joints, a little tired, but the food is anything but tired. Having lived in Germany for almost a decade and having eaten countless doner and gyro I can say that Corleone’s is one of the best. These guys got it right. The pita was perfect and the gyro meat is well flavored and plentiful. Get gyro.

Another really good experience, the true measure of a quality pizzeria is the ability to make a kick arse plain cheese pizza, these guys nail it! The Achilles heel is very difficult to get them to answer the phone when they’re busy.

Called this place 10 times on a Thursday night and never got an answer. Are they still open? Reviews looked good and we read the menu got all excited for a good New York style pizza and gyros with Greek salads and then ended up eating leftovers.

This place is so good! The best pizza in the world. If you in Daytona beach go and try pizza there it is so yummy. Try Greek salad too. So good… We stop there and it was very good choice. We will come back!!!

This place was awesome. By far the best pizza I have had in a long time. I’m from Atlanta and stopped in for lunch. I will definitely come back. Service was fast and very pleasant. The pizza was Cooked perfect. I also got a small side salad that was delicious. So many toppings and such a reasonable price! I can’t wait to stop in again:-)

I left NYC after 10 years and moved to the southeast. I rarely eat pizza now, because the soft, doughy crust, and super sweet sauce are things I can’t get used to. I know – I’m a pizza snob, and I apologize. I ordered Corleone’s the other night, because of the other reviews, and HOTDAMN these people tell no lies. Thin, crispy, delicious crust… the sauce isn’t overwhelming or sweet, and they don’t skimp on toppings. I was so into this pizza that I didn’t realize until I was almost through the(first) slice that I had folded it in half. Home, sweet home. Order from here now. This place is awesome. Oh, and delivery is fast and the person on the phone was really nice, so i guess it wasn’t all reminiscent of the city.
