I have been to this store and had great service, people are helpful and my experience was great.
Although I have been there most recently Saturday afternoon and a shorter heavyset guy working there is a rude, condescending man. He talks down to you and tries to make you feel stupid. I was trying to buy a helmet for my step son and he just blew us off and left. Luckily someone else came by before we left and helped us.
The same worker did the same thing with my wife a few weeks before when she went to get a visor for my helmet. I wanted a clear one since I ride at night and have sunglasses, he grabbed the smoke one and told her that was the one and her workds are, «made me feel stupid and that I had to buy that one».
I live in Deland, so this is more convenient however I will not return to this location. I cannot say it is all bad, but for me I have had enough.
