If I could rate with negative stars I would this is by far one of the worst hotels ever. I don’t even know how it’s still running. It was just disgusting. Dead roaches littering the floors. Dried bodily fluid stains on EVERY chair. The old musty smell. Rotting wood visible on the ceiling. It was so outdated the newest thing in the room was probably the microwave and even that was old. They even had old worn towels in the bathrooms And the icing on top of the cake they have a sign saying NO REFUNDS how convenient is that, they know how bad the rooms are that’s why they tell you no refunds.

Last resort for Bike Week, this place was the worst Motel we Ever stayed in. Period! We were in the room for 20 minutes, & there were so many visible Cockroaches, and bedbugs, we got grossed out. I went to the office, to talk to the manager for a refund, he laughed at me and refused. I told him I would contact the Police, and he said «Go Ahead». The Police never showed up for 3 hours, I then asked the manager 1 last time, he still refused, I told him I would contact a lawyer, and contact the Florida State Board of Health and have him shut down. State Inspectors visited and found everything I listed above this past week. They will have this place closed for neglect, I want nobody to have to stay in a place of rest like this. The microwave was rusty and had a dead roach in it, the towels were filthy dirty, the refrigerator was rusty and smelled like a dead body had bean stored in it. There was trash under the bed, the AC did not work, and when I went to adjust the temp the whole unit fell off the wall, the windows didn’t lock, the room smelled like cigarettes. Terrible place, nothing worked, other renters had experienced the same as us. I have photos documented, and video evidence on file.
