My tech was on time, very friendly and did a great job! I was amazed when he washed my windows and vacuumed the inside, too! You won’t get better service than that with any other company! I was under the impression that I couldn’t drive my vehicle for 4 hours after the windshield was installed but my tech totally reassured me with GREAT confidence that I could drive it SAFELY in about an hour. THAT’S awesome in MY book!

Great service. Great waiting area. Nice people. Would definitely recommend them. Only negative was having to wait for the corporate truck with the part that was late, but, that wasn’t the local mgt’s fault. They were great about the whole thing. And they weren’t terribly late.

Their catchy tune rang in my head, so I called to see if my windshield could be repaired. They went over all my insurance info, gave me an appt. the following morning, sent me an email with the tech’s name and number. They even came to my house. My windshield was done in 15 minutes. How great was that. I would highly recommend them

I’ve never before had one of those customer service experiences that leaves me feeling all warm and gushy inside, until today. During my most recent road trip, a rock that was speeding towards my windshield at probably 70mph, cracked my windshield, leaving a 9 inch vertical crack. After I finally got stopped, I recalled the«Safelite repair, Safelite replace» jingle. I went to their mobile website to review my available options. Considering since my crack was larger then the length of a $ 1 bill, I had to have my windshield replaced. So, the next morning, I went on-line again and requested that they contact me to schedule an appointment. Around 20 minutes later, Lee, from Safelite’s call center, called me and took down all of the information. She even got me connected with my insurance company to file the claim for my broken windshield. Lee was kind, understanding, and made everything seem, simple. My appointment was then set between the time of 8am and 12pm. Safelite sent me emails with information about my technician, Christopher, and that Safelite performs several background checks to include driving and criminal history. Since the nearest service center is around 70 miles away from my house, I chose to have Safelite come to my house to replace my windshield. Lee also informed me that it would be completely free– regardless of my deductible with my insurance company. She said that since I am a Florida resident– when it comes to broken windshields, insurance companies have to waive your deductible! YIPPEE! When Christopher arrived this morning, he explained the whole process to me and told me that it would only take between 30 – 45 minutes. Being curious(since this has never happened to me before), he took the time to explain the process in detail after he had removed my windshield. 15 minutes later, the new windshield was in and he was almost done. Upon completion, he vacuumed out my truck and cleaned my windows. My new windshield has a lifetime warranty through Safelite and since they are a national company, where ever I go, I’m protected. I simply can not say enough good things about Safelite. The entire process from start to finish has been easy. Hopefully, this never happens to me again, but, if it does, I will definitely choose Safelite again.
