Mr DeLaroache, and his Legal Assistant, went above and beyond, for my case. Not only was I a battered victim, of a car jacking, but, was wrongfully accused of criminal speeding and not yielding to an emergency vehicle, since it was my vehicle & tag number, eluding the FHCP. Since the driver was never caught, FHCP issued me the citations, which lead to the summons to court.
