I have been going to this place for months, however on my last visit I had quite a large amount of clothes. I felt that they were not only judging me, but also did not take care when washing my items. When I pay for a service I expect to be treated with respect but unfortunately I did not feel that was how I was treated. I will not be back and will gladly take my business elsewhere. I have also had a few items ruined, it seems they do not separate colors.

I was staying in New Smyrna Beach and was looking for a Laundromat. The local two that i found were unacceptable. Indeed i spent quite a bit of money in one only to have my laundry come out wet. I called Suds and Duds and they assured me I could come there. It was well worth the 15 mile trip. The dryers worked especially well. It cost .25 for 7 minutes. I spent 1.50 and all the clothing i brought was bone dry. The proprietor was friendly and helpful. If you are staying in the area and need laundry services this is the place to go.

Great place to do laundry, I travel 2/3’s of year for work, so finding a good place to do laundry is important. The machines are clean & well maintained. The staff is Extremely helpful. I was there before, during, and after the bike week in spring and never had to wait to a machine, even when it was really busy. I guess everything just timed out right.

The Good. This place SAVED my life! Okay, I’m exaggerating… but I absolutely LOVE this place! I’ve never used a Drop-off Service before and I’m completely spoiled rotten by it, now. I moved into a Townhouse without hookups so I had to give up my washer and dryer. I was pretty bummed that I would have to add a Laundry Bill to my expenses but what the Fork was I complaining about?! You drop off your overloaded baskets, and a few hours later they’re magically washed, dried, and folded for you(Even hung up if you use hangers)! Don’t even get me started on the staff… my first time there, they made me feel so comfortable-as if I was at my moms house visiting. They’re always so cheerful and they try to know their customers by name. That goes a long way when it comes to customer service. They even have a Customer Appreciation card and when you fill it up, you get 25% off of your Wash-Dry-Fold service(what I use) OR if you want to do the laundry yourself, you can earn free drying! I’ve never been to another laundry mat like this before. Simply Amazing! The bad. Their parking lot sucks if you drive a large vehicle. It’s do-able…just need some quick planning before you pull in. ;) PS: I’ve posted some pictures! PSS: I dropped off the mother of all loads of laundry– 1 comforter KING, 2 quilts, 1 set of sheets, 6 pillow cases, AND my load of laundry = about $ 45. SHOCKING! I paid that at another place in Deland JUST for the blankets! I can’t get over what a good deal that was! PSSS(can I do that many«s“s?) They charge by weight of the clothes(minus the laundry basket of course) which turns out to be as much as(if not a little more-but not much more) than doing it yourself. I say, let them do it! YAYFREETIME!

We travel 36 weeks out of the year for my fiancé’s job and I do laundry all over the country. This is one of the cleanest and cheapest laundromats I have used. Best part is that they have dryers that actually dry your clothes! That seems to be an odd concept for most laundromats. They definatly have my business when we are in Daytona.

I had a dollar coin in my pants. I had forgotten about it. I did wash-dry-fold service, and I found an envelope with the coin. I appreciate the honesty. I go out of my way to wash here.
