Okay… so first of all when I searched on their Web site a couple of months ago there was no option for single treatment. So 2 months after the treatment, spiders and ants are still getting into my house. To have them come out and get rid of them, they charge for an additional visit. Also, if you sign up for the quarterly treatment, you are locked into that for a whole year, no matter what your situation. I recently lost my job and tried to cancel and they told me that I was unable to do so. Needless to say, I will NOT be renewing my contract with them and if I have pest problems in the future, I WILL be calling their competitors to meet my needs. Hope this review helps you decide whether or not to use them.
