The Pit Shop

If you are at the International Speedway then this place is a must stop for fans.
The Pit Shop is a neat NASCAR gift shop that, like most gift shops, carry a wide variety of trinkets with your favorite driver and/​or driver’s number printed on it. They have so many items: shirts, hats, jackets, back packs, cups/​mugs, key chains, stuff animals, miniature collector cars, towels, jewelry, etc.
I stopped in here to have a look around and kill some time while waiting to see if the rain would go away — plenty of other people had the same idea but I was not disappointed.
The Cashier eagerly gave me the business card when I asked about the address and hours. He also noted that they take orders online and ship almost anywhere. That said, if you can’t make it in for a physical look-​see, at least check them out online!

What a fantastic place to go shopping before a race! You actually get a chance to buy some official NASCAR gear at the race track of champions (my own personal nickname for Daytona International Speedway). They the majority of the drivers merchandise in stock: Dale Jr, Kevin Harvick, Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johson, and etc… This is the who’s who for auto racing gear: hats, shirts, flags, mugs, sunglasses, fleece blankets, etc… I was so shocked and awed by everything I had a hard time of just picking one thing to buy. All the stuff looked so cool, like fat kid feels about chocolate. I am glad I had a chance to see everything the store has to offer, but I am pretty sure they will have other things to offer and show off the next time I visit.
