Worst service you could get at a fast food place… Go to the Sonic across the street instead!

I totally agree with the previous review. I love DQ, but this DQ gives them a really bad name.
My family stopped here for dinner on our way through town to another destination. I ordered the chicken fingers basket. First off, they were not very busy at all on a Monday night at about 8pm. It took FOREVER for us to get our food – literally more than 30 minutes. I had 3 chicken fingers and 1 steak finger in my food, but I wasn’t about to say anything since I didn’t want to wait 30 minutes for a replacement. The gravy had the consistency of water and was terrible.
While we were eating a nice elderly couple ordered a sundae for desert and I heard the man asking «Is that hot fudge?» as they handed it to him. It looked like they just opened the can of hot fudge that was not hot, so it was just a thick blob of fudge.
To top things off, they were out of Sprite, and out of all of the kids meal treats.
We had planned on getting some ice cream, but decided not to since we didn’t want cold fudge or to wait another 30 minutes.
If you are thinking of eating here, I would reconsider.
