Just a word of advise— DO NOT EVER EVER use Phoenix Cleaning. I called to schedule a carpet cleaning on April 20^th. I was scheduled for May 12^th between 2:30 and 3:00. On 5/11, I emailed as a follow up to verify appointment time. No response. On ⁵⁄₁₂ @ 2:35 received a text that he was replacing a transmission in his van and would not be able to make it, but would reschedule the week of the 25^th. REALLY??? And you JUST realized this at the time of my appointment? I tried calling him, but it goes to voice mail. (His message states that he has a 24 hour cancellation policy-) Totally unprofessional–

We had Kyle come out and do a yearly sweep of our wood burning fireplace. He was very kind and friendly. He worked very efficiently and was very clean the entire time. I swear there was not a speck of dust in the air or on the floor after he left. He was in an out in under an hour!
He did an amazing job overall. He pointed out the issues that we had and what do to remedy them.
It was a breeze scheduling with him and would recommend him to anyone in need. I will also add that he has the BEST pricing over the several more popular businesses I called to get a quote from. I will use him again and again in the future and have already added him to my go to guy for our chimney needs.
