This place has been closed for well over a year! Unilocal needs to update this!
It has been replaced with Phở Lucky’s. They sell sandwiches only. And make broth for all their locations here.
The sandwiches are $ 3 or 2/​$ 5. They are small but fabulous. I highly recommend stopping in!

Let’s start off positive on this review — the food was low in price and matter of fact it was tasty.
Now that’s out the way — lets talk about the appearance of the place. It really needs to be updated including putting new signs up and if they are going to be on the window, then please make sure if they fade then to swap them out. The floor and tables were dirty — come on now if you want more business, then clean up a little.
My food took about 15mins…
This place of course could be good 4 stars if they clean up a little so customers would want to sit in there. For the longest i thought this place was closed — i guess not.
