Jimmy John’s

They always give me my extra mayo packets, but always forget napkins. They are super fest at delivery though.

I’ve been going to this Jimmy Johns for years. Always have pleasant people working there. they have yet to make an error on my order.

I pretty much only go to this locations because it’s the closest one to me, but I might have to start making a longer trip. The food is ok, although they have messed up our orders before. What REALLY bugs me about this place is the complete lack of customer service. No one is ever pleasant. All employees look like they are bothered by my presence. I’m rarely ever greeted or said goodbye to. My order is never announced… just set on the counter for me to guess about. I worked at a JJs back in the day… and they would have never tolerated that. Who is running this place?

i don’t understand how you can screw up jimmy johns but okayyy.
i ordered online and picked up my sandwich in shop. the workers were nice but upon being rang up i noticed that all of the freshly baked bread on the shelves were a dark brown, like they were cooked too long. this worried me but i figured my sub wouldn’t be made with the bread that i was looking at.
i got the sandwich home, and of course mine was made with the over-​baked bread! now i am not picky at all, and if something is wrong with my food as long as it’s not too crazy i usually just eat it anyway. and in this case, i did. but i should have called and complained.
the bread was so hard at the bottom that i hurt my gums biting into it. i have never had bread that hard from jimmy johns! i know their bread is not as soft as other sub shops, but it is also not crisp at the bottom! i hadn’t had jj’s in a while so i thought maybe the bread had always been that way and i never noticed. but nope, i ordered from a different location a couple weeks later and the bread was like it should have been.
i could understand if i just had one bad French bread out of the bunch, but they had at least 10 shelves of this over-​baked bread just waiting to be served to other individuals! no way, jose!

First and last time here.
Ordered a roast beef sandwich to go. I paid and took it home to eat. Opened it up and see a salami and cheese sandwich instead. Big problem because I don’t eat pork and it was too late to go back and exchange it. Called the place hoping they would deliver the correct sandwich to me but no, the teenaged manager said their driver had 3 more orders to deliver and I’d have to wait until closing to get mine. That’s just too late. So I’m out $ 5 and still hungry.
