This store looks like it was hit with an ugly stick. The place was filthy and disorganized. The fresh fruit selection was more of a witness protection program-the good stuff was definitely hiding!
Customers would drop discards anywhere. We opened up a stool with a storage compartment and found socks inside! Why? Was someone planning on stealing them and lost interest?
Some of the customers were playing hide and seek and running thru the aisles. Others were having social time and gabbing. I just wanted to shop but with the issues in this store, it’s a tough slog.
Staff in electronics were friendly and available. At the registers, however, the lines were six deep and, with few cashiers, everyone was looking for the best line. We gave up on buying and left.

I’ve never seen more than 2 – 3 checkout registers open. And this place gets busy as hell. I’d avoid on big days like holidays. clearly they’re not prepared on a regular day. Imagine a holiday! Yikes.

Came to do some shopping on a Saturday.
It’s a nice Target… The layout is a lot like the Target in Westland which I shop at often, but is different than other stores.
It’s your basic Target… They have bedding, towels, great décor for your home, tooth paste, mouth wash, hairspray, dog food, potato chips, frozen lasagna, orange juice, beer, peanut M&M’s, etc… Almost anything you could need, they have.
They also have a pharmacy and a Starbucks…
The thing that really impressed me was how the check outs were staffed… Everything was quick and efficient.
I reccomend this store and will shop here, again!

The layout of this Target isn’t the same as many Downriver stores, so it can be a little confusing to find things. The women’s section is so cramped I can hardly get a cart through, so I usually just skip that area. The grocery section is well-stocked with produce, meats, cheeses and bakery items. I usually see a couple employees on any given visit.
A good Target, but not my favorite. My main reason for shopping here is to check out how their clearance section differs from the Allen Park location. It seems like things «sit around» longer here, thus being cheaper in the clearance section.

So, they’ve upgraded this location to include a grocery section. The problem is it’s just not a big enough building for this remodel. The aisles are now so cramped, it’s impossible to maneuver a cart through the clothing section, the stock has diminished. It’s a total bummer because this used to be such a solid location, the location I grew up at! Now I avoid it if I can, opting to go to the Livonia location instead.
I don’t dislike the grocery upgrades at these shops but sometimes it ends up ruining perfectly good stores. This is one of those times. Le sigh.

Be better?
Well, I used to always come here for toys, electronics, etc
But I usually don’t find what I’m looking for.
Overall, Nice and Big Target. I do recommend this location!

Very good Target. Was nearby eating and swung in for a quick shop.
Mother’s Day cards? Check. Good selection, fun and easy grabs.
Sheets? Bargathon priced king sized jersey cotton. I love these sheets and they are twice the price everywhere else. They had a great selection of solid colors and stripes. They even had extra matching pillowcases, great for us as we have a billion pillows.
Makeup? Yep plenty. What I needed was on sale. I also grabbed an Essie polish that was in a fun watermelon shade.
Got everything in a flash and even had a friendly checkout. Aces in my book.

Target has started carrying a lot of new brands in their stores. I came across a new greeting cards line called Awkward Family Photos, it’s a work of great talent!
The store is always clean, fully stocked to maximum capacity and carry some unique brands. I’ve noticed their food area has been expanding, I think if they are trying to tap into that market, they need to move it to the cosmetic area.
Like I said they are bringing a lot of new brands which is great, but limiting clothing wear. Such as bikinis, they used to have a variety of 10 clothing racks, now there’s half. However, the evening dresses have gained due to those old bikini racks. I’m not sure what to make of that, guess they are trying to tap into that market. That clothing line was surprisingly tasteful, Good Luck Target!

Drove to 3 Targets looking for a second Maple 5 shelved bookcase. Called this Target, and not only did they find one for me, but they held it until we arrived.
Awesome, friendly service + Target (cause it’s amazing) = 5 Stars.
