Jason the owner takes care of his people. It’s normal to go to a bar and not have perfect service but, if you go twice your bad reviews will change. A lot of regulars with open arms. :)

Went to Uncle Ray’s Place which is a sports bar on a Sunday afternoon to watch the Detroit Lions lose! Me and my son went and we both ordered cheeseburgers. As good as it gets, the burger was juicy, big, and delicious! The bartender, Cheech, was very nice and accommodated us. The only thing is I ordered a Blue Moon and asked for a slice of orange — they didn’t have any orange slices. Oh well, drank it anyway and enjoyed it. Finished eating and the Lions were losing so we left. This particular bar appeared to be clean and the owners do spend money on updating the place. Great place. Enjoyed it and will probably go back!

Note… They no longer have the Monday specials the previous reviewer stated… Bar was crowded last Monday night. Only 1 bartender… Not her fault .But, Service was slow… Not bad drink specials… ok bar food… but, they do have Big HD rv’s everywere… Very blue collar crowd… not a bad place. but, probably wont be back anytime soon also, Terrible WRIF music played

Uncle Ray’s is a classic drinking establishment in the Dearborn Heights dive bar corridor. To a visitor to the area, Uncle Ray’s looks like a small boring bar right off the side of Warren Road. To local’s it looks like Uncle Ray won the lottery, or had a rich Uncle Ray himself, because the bar has been completely redone, inside and out. New carpet, new floors, and seemingly new looking chairs(they may just have never been used, they look like they are from 1995). There’s nothing spectacular with Uncle Ray’s, besides the prices. I was here on a Saturday night where pints of Blue Moon were $ 2.50 and pitchers of domestic beer were $ 5. As I said before, the bar was quite small, and there wasn’t much room to room. The tables, chairs and scenery were plain as the day is light — it looks like you are drinking in a VFW Hall. But hey, there’s nothing wrong with that. Just don’t go here expecting the next great thing, the DJ is awful and the eye candy is non-existent save for a few cougars.
