Wendy’s

This location has received the last of my business. I have given them NUMEROUS attempts do something as simple as get an order correct. I mean seriously, how hard is it to make a hamburger without cheese and only bacon and ketchup? I’ve received a burger with everything, a burger with cheese, ketchup, onion, and lettuce, and to top it off, a chicken sandwich. None of which was not the simple burger I ordered.
The same thing happened today. Not seeing my order correct on the screen, I asked the cashier at the first window if she could make sure it was made right. You would have thought I asked her to rob a bank. Rude rude rude!!!
When I picked up my meal, to no surprise, it was wrong again. The burger looked like a bloody mess with everything falling out of it when I went to check. I then proceeded to wait at the window another five minutes for them to even notice I was still there.
The man who took the wrong burger back yelled at the individual taking orders right in front of me. So unprofessional. What a bunch of clowns working here. So very disappointing. I give up. Never again!

Stopped here the other day for a burger and was pretty disappointed. I «think» Arby’s bought out Wendy’s but I can’t seem to find out. One says Wendy’s bought Arby’s and the other says the opposite. Anyone know? Whichever it is, YEARS ago I liked these burgers SO much I bought stock in the company and did quite well. It seems since Dave’s been gone, either Wendy’s is now owned by a company whose quality is less demanding, or Wendy is not up to her father’s standards. My burger looked and tasted like it had been sitting around — not freshly cooked like they used to be. Whatever — I don’t think I’ll be returning.
