This is a hotel made by Satan. I don’t know where to start with this. The building itself is about 6 years overdue for being torn down. It resembles less of a hotel and more of a crack house. The baths won’t drain so be prepared to take a shower in while taking a bath. And the water tastes like rust. I think I might have contracted a rare African sickness while staying here. The customer service isn’t awful. That’s why it gets 2 stars.

HORRIBLE!!! DONOTBOOKTHISHOTEL! You have been warned. 1. The elevators are so beaten up. They could easily paint it, but they obviously do not care about appearances. 2. The hallway smelled like my dog when he has been outside too long and needs a shower. 3. The signs everywhere say non smoking, but as soon as we stepped into the room, we were choked with the smell of cigarette smoke. Also, people were smoking marijuana in the room next to us. 4. The main wall had water damage and markings up and down the wall. 5. The mattress felt worn out. I could feel the springs and it had barley any cushion. 6. The restroom ceiling was literally falling down. 7. The tile grout was stained black and when we turned on the pipe to take a shower, a long snake-like bug came out the pipe. We called the staff to catch it and remove it, then we asked for our money back and went to the Wyndham near the airport instead. I would NEVER stay here again! Yuck! They should be ashamed of this establishment!

This place is downright horrible. The pictures online while i was making a reservation were deceiving. The entrance was very dirty. The elevator looked disgusting, like it wasn’t cleaned since installed. The beds were the only things tht looked ok and the non smoke room stank of smoke and mildew. I probably will never stay at an American best value inn, ever. This experience ruined the whole chain for me.

We originally checked into room 317 after booking a Jacuzzi room online for our first wedding anniversary. We wanted to go cheap since we really just wanted a place to have a relaxing bath together and have sex in peace. Being from out of town there isnt much opportunity to have private time in the houses of family that hasn’t seen us in years lol. We knew we wouldn’t be getting frills but cheap does NOT equal dirty. Room 317 had tiles missing above the bath tub, a missing fire alarm that was just a bundle of wires hanging down, and no safety latch on the door. We didn’t look any more after that. The jacuzzi was just barely bigger than a standard tub as well. There was barely enough room for the bed in the tiny room and the tv was ancient. The front desk clerk really didn’t want to switch our rooms but after a bit of pushing about safety he did. As soon as we opened the door to our new room I could see why. This room is better by leaps and bounds. The tub is big enough for 2, the room itself is much larger with a table and chairs, and a flat screen tv. Though not without fault as there is a huge water stain on the ceiling, unfinished walls in the closet, a toilet like those seen in public restrooms, and yellow drips down the walls that can only be years buildup of rat piss dripping down with all the water leaks. There’s a smoke alarm in this room but it’s missing the battery so it’s useless. We booked online for $ 15 less than rack rate so they stuck us in the shitiest room possible. This place is a disgusting accident waiting to happen run by dirty people who are a bad mark on all of the lovely America’s Best that we have stayed at in the past. It will work for what we need(sex) but I won’t be surprised if we wake up covered in bed bug bites. Stay away. Unless you like the smell of curry and mold. I also had to post this from my phone because free WiFi means no working WiFi.

Old TV, soft beds, tiny closet, big bathroom, no fridge or microwave. It wasn’t bad if your primary purpose for staying is to sleep. Otherwise the single I was in was very cramp without much. The biggest free space was the bathroom.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We decided to stay here because it was cheap and close. Once we checked in, the lady behind the desk was really friendly, but misleading. She told us that our room had a brand new, updated flat screen tv. But, it had a very old 32″ tv. We were only in our room for abt 5 mins, when we were told that we had to move to another room because someone else had already reserved it.(strike 1). So, in our new room, I decied to take a bath. Before i ran the water, I noticed that the molding around the tub wasn’t all the way dry. So once water entered the tub, it leaked all the way to the first floor. So we had to switch rooms again.(strike 2). Then we got another room down the hall, which seemed much smaller. Everything was basically pushed together. So to add on to my anger with this hotel, the air did not work and the tv only got 3 channels. I called down to the front desk and the maintence man told me that the tv will work eventually; but it never did. It seemed like my whole night was ruined and I just couldnt wait til the am to check out. I could honestly say the only good thing abt this hotel was the pizza hut across the street.

Had the unfortunate experience of staying here one night when our AC broke. For $ 50 I got a 20 year old 20″ tv that made me wonder what I was paying for. I think the best part was the HBO lineup info next to the ancient artifact tv and an imprint that looked like maybe at one point there was a flat screen in there on the wall instead. It seems they do not have the money to put the work into it and unfortunately that makes it difficult to ever make the choice to stay there again. I said it is moderately priced because motel 8 would be cheaper.
