The only word that comes to mind is «lame» when I think about this place. Took them nearly six weeks to fill an eyeglass order. Got nothing but lame excuses about the delay. Made numerous phone calls before threatening to cancel the entire order then miraculously the glasses appeared. Don’t waste your time. There are better optical centers out there.

I like supporting businesses in my community but i also like good customer service. If an appointment time is set for 9am to me that means I should be seated in the examine room speaking with the doctor at that time. No customer should have to wait for the doctor to arrive.
