I called Jan door to repair my broken garage door two men showed up looked at my door and said I needed a new opener and also said there was structural damage to the door itself there are two dents in the door that I caused very minor dents the older man said the opener installed would be 350.00 dollars he stated he wouldn’t work on the door unless I agreed to replace the door I declined. I told him just repair the door enough to open it he replaced both cables and loaded the spring the cost 150.00 I felt they were trying to gank me. Out of a grand to replace the door I will not use there services again.

We got a new front door, storm door and garage door and couldnt be happier with the personal service or the price. Lowe’s and Home Depot may be sligtly less expensive but you really dont know what you are getting and they dont have the staff — just contractors.
