Jets Pizza

«Whad up» thats what I was greeted with by the scrawny 17ish– year old white poser behind the counter, when I arrived to pick up my order.
Of course I should have just said no thanks from the get go. When I called to place my order and I said I wanted to order the whipped garlic sauce (that I order with my friends all the time by the same description), he went and asked the manager and said they had it.
When I got there, at the time I was supposed to, I could already tell my pizza had been done for a while, it wasn’t as hot as possible, even though it was stored in a proofer.
I get home and crack open the cheese sticks, all that was in the box was garlic butter.
Went back up, was given pizza sauce, wasn’t even about to start an argument over the garlic stuff.

I invited my cousin over and told her that ill get her a veggie pizza since shes a vegatarian. Let’s just say she got it 15 minutes later than expected but it gets worse. These kids that work there are just that, kids. I order a large veggie and asked the you lady who answered if I could substitute black olives for green olives and let her know that i had coupon for $ 14.49. The young lady told me just to bring the coupon and it would be fine.
15 minutes later I show up and the pizza was ready, gave them my credit card and coupon and before I could walk out I noticed they rang me up for $ 22 and some change. I asked him if he gave me the correct price or order and he realized he made a mistake. He called the manager (younger looking female) to adjust it and she pulled out a calculator and stated «I owe you a dollar.»
I was baffled and she claimed that you cannot get substitutions with the coupon and refused to adjust the price. I just changed the color of the olives lol. I didn’t want argue with her since she took her job way too serious. I am sure she has had zero training and got the job by default since you never see the same workers in there. So I told her I don’t want a veggie pizza for $ 22 bucks and she refunded my card. I left in disbelief that she would let me leave with out the pizza. So i went to my go to and called PAPA ROMANOS and ordered a veggie that was amazing.
Jets makes you feel like they are doing a favor, they are over priced and nickel and dime you for everything. I wish they were consistent. I learned my lesson, even though they are 2 blocks away from my house, it’s safe to say I won’t be back again.

Very Rude employees seems like they hate their job.
Such an awful place.
The pizza was too flat. They wouldn’t accept cheeseburgers as a topping. They wouldn’t accept my currency that I made up, Curt Coins. There aren’t nearly enough toilets to accommodate a football team. I asked for a full body massage, and they gave me pizza.
Why won’t they let me bring my pet mongoose in? They didn’t even have mongoose chow for my pet.

Jets is one of the better chains and this is the place we usually get it. The food has always been consistently good, but it stops short of great. That Aloha BBQ Chicken pie is pretty dang good, though.

I just placed an order for delivery and when the food arrived, I was glad to see that it wasn’t cold like how it usually is when I order a delivery. The pizza and cheese bread is great. The food didn’t take as long as I thought it would and about $ 25 fed the family. Will order again (:

Great pizza… when they answer their phones. I would say they answer about 75% of the time. To not answer 25% of the time is pretty sad, especially for a big time pizza chain. It sucks because they are so close to my house, which is super convenient. I left 4 stars because everytime I have gotten through, they’ve been nice

I live one mile from this location, a six minute drive. I ordered delivery because I was busy working on my house and was to busy to pick it up. The delivery took over ab hour and the food was cold. I called to complain and was told they are only allowed two delivery drivers and one went home early. I was credited for my cold food but told if I want another delivery that I would have to pay a delivery fee. Jets really needs to check on this franchise location as it is pure crap.

Pretty average delivery time. Good place to order when you are hungry and want to buy a yummy food and are depressed and want to kill yourself but won’t for religious reasons so you opt for a slower more gradual yet unnaturally fast death. Oh, don’t forget to order extra ranch cause it’s really good!

Decided to try a different pizza shop this time. Oh my cannot even compare to Papa Romano’s down the road! The pizza was okay. I ordered my favorite with bacon, green peppers, and onions — a deep dish pie! I had high expectations from this place because one of my girl friends had said how remarkable this place was.
Don’t think so!!! Pizza pie was just meh — ok! I will NOT, let me repeat, NOT order from this place again — especially since Papa Romano’s is even closer to my house. Papa I am coming back to you!

I tried this place once because it was highly recommended to me by my dad. I got a large square pizza with pepperoni, and a salad. The salad was pretty good but the pizza left a lot to be desired. It was very doughy and they didn’t put enough sauce on it which made the pizza very dry, and not very tasty.

The people at the store were so nice. I been ordering from different jets. All the other Dearborn stores burn the pizza bad and the service sucks. All the employees are high at the other stores and it’s a high school environment. This store was spot on and the pizza showed it!

Heads up, their pizzas do NOT feed as many people as they say they should! Pizza is ok, but the deep dish is not really deep and slices are cut too small. I’ve tasted better.

Made an online order for a super special 8 corner pizza and bread. The bread arrived wonderfully but the pizza came with just cheese and sliced with just two huge pieces. Their solution was either to wait another hour for more or get a free pizza later..

Love the pizza here. The specialty pizzas are fabulous as well as the ones that they make anyway you like. I haven’t tried any of their salads, wings or calzones but the pizza is great. A little pricey but for an occasional treat well worth it.

Always good, always hot — but then, of all the chains, we really like Jets Pizza. Only downer is that this location does not yet have online ordering. Gets 4 stars with that feature!
