Incredibly slow service. Most staff are not friendly or courteous. Check your bag because they almost always get something wrong. One of the worst locations.

Slow location. Staff here seems unhelpful when you ask questions. Signage confusing with different calories listed for the same item on two different signs. Cashiers slow and often can’t seem to figure out how to ring up items. The coupon for taking a survey found on every receipt should be an easy thing for them to ring up. They handle all the food with the same gloves from the burger patties, to the chicken, to the toppings, and the buns making me think there are chances of contamination or food allergy issues. Why can’t they use tongs? Often little to no sauce on sandwiches. If you order extra, you might get so much that it’s everywhere. I don’t always get napkins with my order so make sure to check and grab extra in case you have a sloppy sandwich. Consistency in the temperature of fries and quantity in your bag/​cup is hit or miss. I have had to ask if anyone is working the counter so that I can get my order taken. Some of my burgers have come out with grease on the bun which is disgusting to find and have to eat. Slopped together food is not uncommon either and cheese that doesn’t melt because the meat wasn’t warm enough is also common. The only reason I haven’t stopped here is the value menu/​pick2 menu and it’s location while running errands.

Not very good. A lot of people i know didn’t like this mcdonalds. So my mom and i go in and we order a chocolate milkshake. Here’s the catch, they never tell us the machine is broken, make us sit in the parking lot for 15 minutes (they do that a lot) and the give me a vanilla milkshake with chocolate syrup on the bottom, mom went in and yelled at them. Once she ordered a mcchicken sandwich and got a double cheeseburger. Never coming to this location again.

I ordered breakfast at the speaker and drove to the pay window. I gave her my BRAND NEW Chase business card. She swiped it twice and then said very nastily, «It won’t go through!» And handed it back. I said to just call a manager and have it hand entered. She rudely said,“We don’t do that”. I said I would go too a different place. Funny, the 50’s McDonalds on Telegraph had no problems using this card and taking my $ 25.13. This McDonalds is terrible and this is yet another example on the stress I have every time I try to give them a chance. And these people really think they are worth $ 15/​hr?! They don’t deserve a damn customer service job period!!! This place needs new management badly. But trying to get management to listen has been pulling teeth. They don’t care either and have their heads buried in the sand.

The mother in law decided to pick up dinner here for my wife and me while visiting us from Detroit. It was somewhat of a disappointment.
I had two Big Macs. They forgot to put sauce on one. The other had enough sauce for both. Unfortunately, I failed to check both before eating, if I had I would have spread some of the sauce from the one on the other. My wife’s experience with her two Big Macs was similar. We both came to the conclusion that the Big Macs need the sauce, because McDonald’s burgers are too dry and under seasoned to be eaten plain.

Breakfast at 6:45am was fast. I paid $ 2.12 and got two Apple Pies and one Sausage Biscuit. I’m a cheapskate and simply make my own Folgers Instant Coffee at home and take it on the road. I went inside of this McDonald’s because the sign outside said «2 Pies = $ 1.00» and those pies were perfect. I added a Sausage Biscuit for another $ 1.00 (0.12 tax). I don’t enjoy McDonald’s hamburgers at all and it doesn’t matter which location you visit, the burger’s textures are rubbery. But their Sausage Patties should be sold all day because they’re delicious. The Biscuit was ever so slightly crispy around the edges, fluffy yet heavy on the inside, and just hot enough to be able to eat it while driving without steaming up my glasses.
I went inside to order because the window on the drivers side of my cool minivan is broken and wont roll down. The restaurant appeared to be clean, busy, yet moving fast. I waited less than 5 minutes to order, then again waited less than 5 minutes to get my food. The McDonald’s Biscuit is as good as a Bob Evans Biscuit and i’m very impressed with it. I still wont eat a Big Mac or burger and the last time i had a $ 1.00 Chicken Sandwich, i regretted it. This McDonald’s restaurant is exactly like every other McDonald’s restaurant I’ve ever visited. The cashier smiled and got my order correctly and quickly. There’s better burgers everywhere else during the day, but a Sausage Biscuit from this location is well worth a dollar. I got my food and left, but will return someday early in the morn.

Yup, everyone else is spot on in their reviews with this dive. Worst McDonalds for miles. Management is just as incompetent as the staff. Seem to always get cold cheeseburgers here and when I ask for fresh fries, they either don’t know what that means or they are too lazy to make them for me. Because they never taste fresh. Employees here do not appear to be very hard working at all and their food is sloppily prepared. I mean awful.
Last time was the last straw. Ordered a 20 pc Mcnuggets and manager claimed they only give you three sauces. I mean, really? 20 Mcnuggets and 3 sauces? What a joke. Stop being a cheapa** and recognize customer service involves making customers happy. I asked for 2 more and she said she would charge because they were «expensive» Give me a break. I hate privately owned McDonalds chains. Next, I got a small cup for my «medium» meal… I said «aren’t all sizes the same price? Can’t I get a large?» She said «you have to ask for a large» so I proceeded to belittle myself by literally asking for a large. That girl was a pathetic excuse for a manager if she is so cheap she squeaks and too dumb to comprehend.
I have occasionally come here in a pinch over the course of 7 years. And let me tell you the staff has continually been a pathetic lot, and some of the folks who come in here are a bit shady too. I would certainly not recommend you come here if you have other options in the area. Make sure your car doors are locked too. Homeless people occasionally hang out here and the Home Depot parking lot next door, harassing patrons for money. I remember I gave a guy a dollar to go away and he asked me for another 20 cents so he could get a McDouble. A-​hole.

Slowest McDonald’s that I have ever been to ever since they read did it by adding another lane for the past year it’s ridiculous. When they wait I knew they just look at you like you’re stupid and I look at them like they had to be high to move that slow

the worst mcdonalds anywhere the managers argue with customers and employees out in the open crabby and out right rude employees and management can you give negative stars

I dare you to find me a more incompetent McDonald’s. I dare you.

This is a subpar McDonalds with spotty wi-​fi and dirty floors.
